Review Romana Pizza - Stoney Creek

We ordered panzarottis at work recently and everyone liked them. They were pretty big and had a lot of toppings. They were cooked perfectly. The only issue was that they were not marked so we had to cut them open to see who's was who's. I would order from here again for sure.

I got a Shawarma and meat pizza. The Shawarma was so delicious! And the galic white sause is unbelievable!!🍕😋😋😋 A great contender for my quest to find the best pizza in Hamilton👊

My husband and I have been coming here since they first opened and honestly we used to LOVE this place. It was our go to spot and recommend it to everyone.. now? We won't be back. We ordered off their specials menu (Jan 22nd 2022 4pm) for pick up and our wings were the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. (Photo for reference) This isn't the first time the food has been an issue or the service which is also awful lately. The lady who started working at this location last year is THE MOST difficult person to communicate with and does not understand you what so ever.. always have to speak with someone else to place an order. Its sad to watch this place go down since it used to be our favorite place but the last 8 orders have been just awful so at this point its just not worth coming back. Goodluck to this business and sorry to see it go so down hill

They send us the wrong drink we ordered which is not the first time they’ve made a mistake like this. We ordered wings and they burnt them to a crisp. They put the topping on the pizza unevenly so basically it’s 1/3 of the pizza that has half the toppings so the cut is way off, we call to let them know and the owner says “that’s just how we do it here, too bad” we’ve ordered so many times from here and the level of disrespect for consistent customers is appalling. Next he says know how to avoid that don’t split a pizza half half. How about don’t offer the option to split pizza if you’re not capable of doing such a simple task! Quality is one thing but just cause you deliver something good doesn’t mean you can treat your customers bad, learn how to top and cut your pizza before telling you’re customers too bad !!

I ordered a pizza and fries for pickup. The price was surprisingly good and so were the fries. Crispy, good portion and tasted great, actually ate them before the pizza. Pizza was good, not greasy, only negative was we ordered mushrooms and I believe they were canned which is a no- no for me. Fresh, or not at all! Otherwise, great local pizza, clean location, will definitely order again.

So the pizza is good, but I placed an order here online while I was at work, and waited for more than half an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, only to call the store and find out the order hadn't shown up, despite me getting email confirmation of my order and double checking it was the right restaurant, date and time. And they didn't even offer me any compensation for my useless waste of a lunch break waiting for a pizza that never showed up. Probably won't order here again, even though I like the pizza.

Best white sauce pizza in the GTA! Family run great service! Great value for pizza. Generous on toppings no up charge for white sauce or toppings. Drive from Burlington for these guys!

Great Pizza. Soft and chewy dough with a light yeast taste. Bit crispy/crunchy in places you would want it to be. Good amount of toppings. Romana has become an instant favourite.
