Review Nando's Peri-peri - Stoney Creek

Great ambiance! Food was fine! The bread was kind of stale! The fries were good!

So I had guests and I placed an order online two hours ahead of time. I paid for the delivery and only one bag was delivered. When I checked my order, half was missing. I called Nando 's and I was informed that they forgot to send one bag. So in -19 cold, I had to go to pick up the rest of the food with two little kids. When I got back and opened the food infront of my guests, I was shocked to find rotten tomatoes, picture attached for reference. On top I ordered house dressing but I was given creamy dressing. The potato wedges, garlic bread were not fresh. Really disappointed.

Had been craving nandos since we moved to halifax and finally got a chance to have it in Ontario. The rice bowl was on point, very flavorful and filling. Chicken tenders on Skewers with a side of Cajun fries were perfect. The kid food, plain chicken tender seemed a bit spicy for my 17mo so he just enjoyed the fries and apple juice. Overall great experience. The selection of sodas was the best part for me

Honestly, I don’t know what’s all the hype about this place. Has a lot of potential. Been here twice and not really satisfied with the food. Taste bland, dry, no flavour. I mean food isn’t horrible just not delicious for the potential it has. The sandwich was dry bun, the menu made it sound more delicious then it came out. Lots of hot sauce selection. Big area to dine in, but you have to order your food first & seat yourself I guess. Water didn’t taste good, was warm. Hot day requires a cold drink. I give this 3 stars for effort & nice dine in plus clean restaurant. Not on my list of coming back ever again though. Best Of luck Nandos, hope one day you step up your game! Too much competition out there to continue having dry chicken.

Great place. It was a little empty during lunch time. We ordered the whole chicken. The price is similar to UK as well. The chicken was very juicy and perfectly cooked. The garlic sauce and the hot sauce is a must. The staffs are very friendly. They are maintaining the COVID protocol pretty good.

Food is always good but they were rushing us out on a Friday evening. Hours need to be extended past 9:30.

Being from the South in Africa I felt at home at the place. Came here with my family and my mother inlaw. We loved the food especially the garlic bread. They had South African music playing on the Radio. I Will Be Back!

Mango-Lime flavor is really good! Nice and friendly staff!
