Review Pita Pit - Stoney Creek

Friendly service, but wearing gloves doesn't do anything if you wear them to do everything. Gloves to take my money, the same gloves to open all the drawers, go to the back and finally prepare my food... touching all the utensils in between. Better training required. I tried to speak up, but was misunderstood. I would prefer bare hands, freshly washed.

I never get a Pita when I eat out. Tried this instead of a sub and holy mackinaw it was good! I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly an helpful in explaining the menu since it was my first time ordering there. Order was prepared very quickly AND PROPERLY even though it was a rush and they had a line-up. I own restaurants myself and I must say I was VERY impressed! Hats off to the team working today!

My husband and I use to live near this location, and still will drive two exits down the road to come here (despite now living across the street from a Pita Pit). You can tell the owner here really takes pride in this restaurant. Facility is clean, staff are friendly, and this is one of very few Pita Pit locations that does an excellent job wrapping the gluten free pita (which I know is not easy to work with!). Hands down the best Pita Pit location we've ever been to.

Very friendly and the pitas are well made, no breakage on the pita breads itself as of yet. Delicious as always!

Wow, never had a fast food experience like this. Max had top notch customer service and a warm demeanor. He was happy to recommend me a flavor and make an awesome pita. I never do reviews but I had to for the bud!

I’ve been to this location multiple time. I’ve ordered for myself and have had my work catered multiple times each. Each time I was in, the gentleman treated me like VIP. He even gave me a call the next day on his day off to make sure my order went over well and everyone was happy!! Not to mention the wraps he’s made for me and my guys were great. You’re a great man and so is the staff!!

Worst experience ever had to leave one star cause 0 stars not an option ordered 3 pita deal wanted 3 large chicken ceaser pitas they put portion for 3 small pitas little chicken one slice of bacon each then wanted to charge extra for cheese and when i wanted grilled veg they put around 10 peice s of onion mushroom and green pepper on grill when i said more they wanted to charge extra i have been ordering same at other locations for yrs never had issues when i said to person that a large pita comes with more chicken and 2 slices of bacon he said no and he was the owner will never use fruitland location ever again
