I’ve been a regular this subway since 2019, figured it’s time to leave my review. I go 3-5 times a month.
Since 2019 I have only ever received one incorrect order. One. That’s amazing in my books, mistakes happen.
They had the toaster out of order 3 times and one of those times was over 1 month of wait for repair. Not their fault.
Most of the time the sandwich artists are students or fresh graduates and I’ve never seen one last a year, likely cause of school and what not. Every single one has been very polite but sometimes they can be slow, makes sense if they are new so I won’t fault them. Every time I visit the new artists get faster and faster. A+
The manager lady is an absolute angel. Nothing but praises to her and the hard work she does working with students day to day.
Over all this is my favorite subway, I’ve lived in other towns and have gone to other subways for multiple years but this one is the best. Clearly the manager likes her job and does well to care for the employees and of course the food is always great.
Addition: there was once a public complaint of the subway closing early. (As well as other stonewall stores) the stonewall public complained about people “not wanting to work anymore, those darn millennials etc.”
They did close early a few times due to lack of staff. I will not fault them. When subway heavily relies on student and young adult workers, the school year and being in a small town will heavily effect work hours.

It was quite full of people but still the staff was fast and even though my online order needed to be customized they were cool about it and made all the changes I requested.
Fantastic service! I was in town visiting from southern Ontario and the hunger pains started. Came across this familiar franchise so decided to tame the munchies. Was served by a very professional fellow named Todd. I wanted something different and he suggested the Pizza Melt, never had it before...best sub I've ever had. Everyone is so friendly here. Highly recommend this location 👍
Needed to grab something for the road. Stopped in because it's usally quick. I get people can be short tempered and loose patents. We all have bad days. Never understood why something as simple as ordering a sub could be so stressful! Even when staff is doing there best. Customers should give the respect and not be little the server just to make them selves feel better.... So to all the people working in the service industry. I appreciate you! Thanx for showing up and doing ur job. Being friendly and polite even though some days it's really hard to keep bitting ur lip under ur mask...
The Stonewall Subway is a pretty average small city subway that is fairly big and very clean! Bacon was a little undercooked the last time I was there, but not too bad!
My experience was much improved from last visits, the two young ladies working Saturday night were delightful efficient and a pleasure to deal with
Great food👌 the staff is great. If you haven't tried a sub with the wrap style bread...just do it!!
Nice clean location, bread was a bit overbaked but still good. Friendly staff nice fast service.
Went to Subway last night and had great service. The food was also very good.
