Ordered a med dec coffee black with a vanilla shot, asked to 1/4 fill with ice and drove up to window and my coffee was ice cold, the worker on drive throu was very rude she even said "oh my god what do you want" after I ordered... She was not very nice at all.
Has there been new staff hired here? The coffee seems to have gotten way better these days but the donuts now have such an odd distinctive taste I cannot describe. But I know it isn't the same as it was before & it's a different taste from the donuts at the other Tim Horton's at Esso.
The app is great. The food was ready for me as soon as I came in the door.
Normally get orders correct, Customer service could be better. Employees always look mad or unhappy.

Most menu items are out of my budget range to try, but the coffee is good. I do have a suggestion that, rather than using sleeves on their cups, that they try insulated cups so that they dont have to double cup at all.
Great serve...only one complaint when a person ask for assorted timbits..... they mean assorted not mostly one kind ...with no cholate
This location usually serves in a decent time and gets orders correct. Staff are usually very cheerful.
