This is one of the best Tim Hortons i have visited. Always serve fresh and delicious food and beverages. All the employees are very sweet. But the supervisor is the sweetest and very welcoming.

Made an order for classic Lemonade, I never ever had a classic lemonade this like as light as water, pity on you to treat customers like this.

Not too impressed what I saw. I ordered a decaf coffee. Appeared they didn't have any decaf made at the time so they poured regular into a cup and diluted it with hot water and gave it to me, instead of just said it will be a couple minutes for a fresh Brew.

Edit: My order is almost always incorrect at the drive through now. It's very frustrating. Management must have changed. My order is wrong literally every time. They are often out os standard Tim Hortons items. Service is slow. This used to me my favorite. I've called a few times about my wrong orde

I’ve been a loyal customer to this Tim Hortons for years but my recent trip was unfortunately the worst. Young man who took my order got it completely wrong and kept talking to the ground instead of talking to me . Whenever I received my order , I tried to tell them it was wrong and got nothing but

All business are very quiet, and there is not movement as usual .All business gave a restrict time service to customers. It cause a frustrating that can feel every where. Of course the time every thing was normal, could be touched this fact . one of that is coming from Canadian ancestors !!!?

Girl... the manager literally made fun and fat shamed my friend for buying too meny bagels AND called her broke. Mind you my friend is not even 15. She made fun of a child in front of the whole staff and anyone that was in there. She allowed an employee of hers to purposely mess with my friends bage

Worst Tim Horton in Ontario... They made me a sandwich from dryd bread, and terrible coffee and the shave the napkinsin my bag . Fully occupied by kids that don't care about what they give the customers.
