My husband and I went for fish & chips on Sat. We arrived at 6:10 PM and were seated. The waiter took our order and then.... We waited and waited. I spoke to him and asked why it was taking so long and his response was takeout orders were before us. We finally received our meal at 7:05PM. This

I ordered the snack lunch( halibut) which was, to my surprise, a very substantial serving! Cooked to perfection ..the batter light and fluffy on the inside nice and crispy on the outside Best Ive had in a long. Reminded me of the chip shops of my youth in east end Toronto.. 🙂

I think it's some of the best food you'll ever eat it is an awesome friendly place and you won't be able to eat everything they serve a nice big meal for the hungry working people love this place it is now a regular for me

It was very busy and it did take some time to get our order but it was the Friday before Easter Sunday...generally your order is fairly quick to receive. The food is very good.

Great tartar sauce! Really liked the coleslaw and the fish was fantastic. This is haddock but the wife loved her halibut.

This place came highly recommended. It would be nice if they have a liquor license but other than that it was great

Best halibut had mashed potatoes with mine, very thin batter so you get a lot of fish, highly recommend
