Rude servers, order was all wrong.
The girls at the counter didn't listen or follow directions... we felt like they really didn't care for the job and we were nothing more than a nuisance.
We spent $60+ and they didnt get any of our orders right. When we tried to get the orders corrected the girls just ignored us. One sandwich was so bad it was inedible due to the gross amount of mayonnaise...
Ill never go back to this location. š”

Great service today at 430 pm āMay 11th. Had a roast beef double meat sub. Tasted amazing! Excellent customer service by a young gentleman. Must have a great leader! Iāll be back. Keep up the great work guys!

This review is towards the subway in the Avalon mall. I rarely give negative reviews except when I have such a negative experience. I was at the mall and figured I should grab some food before going to work so I figured might as well grab something quick and thought of subway. First of all, the employees were being very rude to the person in front of me but arriving there after she started ordering, I didnāt know if maybe she did something to provoke it. Anyways, I told them the sub I wanted and they were equally as rude to me. Flash forward to me trying to pay. I simply asked if I could redeem my points if I didnāt have my card (like look up my card in their system), I would have been fine with a no for the answer but she told me āyou can use your points but canāt redeem if you donāt have your cardā. Now, I got slightly confused. To me, use and redeem are synonymous and to collect points would be the other term I would use to describe accumulating more... so I verified that I couldnāt redeem my points and just collect them, and the cashier corrected me and said that I couldnāt collect or redeem but just use my points .... i tried to shrug it off and decide I would just Pay with my debit and then the worker even had trouble understanding that. At that point I was done. I tapped my card and waited for the approval message and walked away. As much as I enjoy subway, I think Iām going to go to one of the other 15 restaurants that can provide better customer service

Don't bother using the Subway app at this location, they have it ready 50% of the time. The past two times I have been slower getting my sub than those who went to the store and lined up. Staff needs much better training on the app.

With a variety of quality ingredients and bread options it is hard not to have diverse order choice and enjoy it all.
Subway is the best of the sandwich shops. Recent changes to the breakfast egg is better. Recommend breakfast bmt

When I was tgere today, the lady behi d the counter making subs was wearing a mask improperly. Basically breathing directly over the food due to the mask not covering her nose. I did notice all other employees wearing the mask properly. I left the store empty handed since all staff was not taking the seriousness of our current plight.
