I went with a friend to drive through because only drive through was open but we didn't have a car so we walked to place the order.
Order taker told us to order through the window, we went to window to order and kept standing there until all other cars who we were AHEA
The service is real bad. First i asked for a caramel cap they gave me a normal cap. After that I ordered a chocolate glaze muffin they gave me a chocolate donut and then i returned it and asked for the one i ordered they gave me a choco chips muffin.
Twice this week alone they had my order incorrect. I make extra sure at the speaker that my order is entered correctly. Clearly the staff are either overworked or they don't care to do their job right. This is happening too frequently to risk missing more meals so I will stop ordering from here.
Always have loved their coffee. Prices seem to be going up more and more all the time though
Seems like the staff never know what theyre doing, I refuse to go to this location anymore. Simply because when I do, I always end up having to go back for missing items or to get a drink remade. I'm also currently waiting on the tims app to issue me a refund since the "supervisor" told me they can'

I got my pack of donuts, and I was out of there in pure joy, thinking about my new found collection of sugar waiting to get consumed.
Sometimes the service is amazing and sometimes not. Got laughed at by the cashier for a good minute straight for using $3 in change… and then they forgot my donut. They normally always forget something so whatever, just thought it was very rude and uncalled for.
