I usually don't have any problems with this location. The staff are always really friendly and the wait is usually short. I just want to know why this location discriminates against walk-in customers. Any time they are short staffed, they close down the storefront. I get that it's a gas station, but surely that isn't a good enough reason not to serve people who walk? Any time this happens, Tim's loses my sale for the day because it is easier to walk to McDonald's or Element than go to another Tim's

Best Tim Horton's in St. John's for sure! The staff are always friendly. Coffee and food are always fresh and delicious. They're usually pretty busy, but the staff there manage to get orders out to customers very fast! I'd rate it 6 stars if I could!

Went by today before an appointment I had, and was extremely pleased by the high quality service I received during my visit. The service was fast but accurate, and the team member who took my order was quick to ring in my special order for a sausage breakfast wrap with no-egg extra sausage add bacon and a hashbrown on side for a combo. Not only that, but as they were making it she was verry accomidating in that she asked a few follow up questions about my wrap to make sure it was made just as I would like it. So, in closing: other then the hashbrown being a little more crunchie then it should have been (granted we all over bake hashbrowns cause of how fast they sell, and the warmer may be set high), everything was great. This is why I keep coming back to this location when I'm in the area 😊
