Review Blackmarsh Road Pizzeria - St. John's

It was not good experience because I had to wait about half an hour for my simple order. They were very busy, getting numbers of order online and on phone. They don't provide menu like in India, you should have enough knowledge about topping and yes costly too. And nobody is allowed to sit inside because of COVID 19. I took the pizza and ate whole way😅. No doubt it got cold mid way but it was still good.

The pizza here is great, always fresh and yummy. The staff are pretty friendly too. I will be back

This place has great food , excellent customer service, fast delivery and very polite staff.

The place is understaffed but i still got my pizza in 25 minutes (less than the 30 min wait time i was given) and it was delicious

I ordered 2 ranch dipping sauces with my pizzas and only received 1.I was devastated and got really depressed over this horrible experience .………..NAH JUST KIDDING.honestly the store on blackmarsh rd has always had great service and the food is always delivered hot and fresh.

Used the mobile app to order and chose the "carside" option. There was nearly a 15 minute time gap between when I ordered and when I arrived, and upon hitting the "here" button to notify them that I had arrived, I saw on the app that the order had not even made it to the oven yet. At about 7:15pm the app notified me that my order was ready, but at the bottom of the screen it said that it had been ready for pickup since 7:07pm, which I found odd since I had been periodically checking. I sat in my car for about another 10 minutes waiting for my order, and nothing happened. I could see through the window that the restaurant was not overly busy. I called the store and they immediately put me on hold. Frustrated, I went inside to get my order, but had to wait in line before finally telling them that I had been waiting in my car for 20 minutes for my carside order. The employee's response was "sorry 'bout that". I had spent the last several minutes watching that same employee literally scuffing her feet on the floor and showing little interest in her job or customers. By the time I got home I realized they hadn't given me my marinara sauce (as usual) and the food was barely warm. Incredibly unimpressed with Domino's and their lack of service.

Food was delicious but it was about a 45 min wait, and we ordered online to get 50% off first order.

My pizza tasted so good today :) would recommend
