Nice location. It’s by the gas station/ convenient store. There’s hardly any long lineup inside the restaurant or at the drive through. The staff very friendly and the service is fast. The coffee is always really hot and double cupped. Donuts and bagels are standard.
Some items become unavailable depending on time of day. Otherwise it's what you would expect from a Tim Hortons Cafe.
The staff was very nice and personable. They were short staffed, but the manager Mr.Manny was working taking orders and making sure that everything was smooth sailing. The location is very convenient.
This is one of the three best Timmie's in town that I have sampled. It's funny in a way: Some fella and I were comparing notes while standing in line and agreed on the two slowest, actually glacial, stores and two of the best. Face it: The Ropewalk Lane outlet is a flat out licence to print money, they are that efficient. But this one on Bay Bulls Road, besides being very quick and friendly, at least inside, has the most relaxing sitting area and is my preferred spot.
Sheila is one of the kost dxceptional customer service reps at this place. She was so delightful to talk to and was very kind. Made the experience wonderful vompared to other locations.
Always clean the staff is always so pleasant and the never mess up my order. I go out of my way to get my coffee and tea here over the other Tim's in town.
