Walked in got served almost right away. Didn't think I had to check items. MISTAKE. Ordered 2 bagels 12 grain. Strawberry cream cheese. Hardly any spread on it. And 4 cheese w/ herb and garlic. Got home it was 4 cheese w/Strawberry. Went back got the exchange. But shouldn't have to. Thorough
This Tims is always super busy. Noticeably more busy than some other ones. The last few times have been here I've been in the line for anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this Tim's if you're in a rush. The staff are friendly and work very hard to keep the drive-thru moving smoo
The drive thru staff is nice but always some problems with food. Ordered wedges once and got only 8 wedges in it. Manager told me that its policy. Bagels never cut in half.

The BLT bun they tried to serve me was totally burned black. Also, they only had chicken noodle soup. One time they would also have the cream of broccoli and/or harvest vegetable. Very disappointing visit.
