Look at your bill!! They will add a gratuity on pick-up orders by themselves. I am all for tipping, but how dare you just add it and not give me the option to even decide.
The second time I tried delivery. I chose a tip I was happy with on their online system, then the order gets delivered and I notice they charged that tip again and of course the delivery driver knows nothing about it. What an awkward moment.
Thoroughly unimpressed with this shady establishment.

Super fresh slice with real bacon. The sauce is second to none. I really enjoy this pizza every time I get it. 5 star rating reflects quality as well as the customer service I received.

Service was fast, fresh, and friendly. And the food was delicious. The wings do come breaded, which is my favorite. When I asked the guy on the phone he must have misunderstood what it was that I was asking, and said the wings do not come breaded. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least!

Ordered the combo #1 pizza was. Not Icooked. Bacon wasn’t cooked neither was the green peppers. Ordered Italian sausage, couldn’t find any on it. Ordered a large fries $10.50 barely a quarter of a box of fries. Will be notify manager the next time I’m in town. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:30 am. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes because they forgot the fries, then they forgot the dressing and gravy on the side.

I wrote a review on Peter's Pizza awhile ago and I'm happy to say many improvements were made regarding the classic garlic fingers. Fantastic job with the donaire also!
Unfortunately no change was made to the cheese. This business needs to consider an upgrade to the quality of their pizza. The breadsticks need more garlic sauce and again the mozzarella used is mediocre.
There is certainly room to grow but if you try Peter's, I strongly encourage the garlic fingers.
I ordered through a third party app and I've been impressed with the staff, especially asking for specific instructions. They are more than happy to provide.

Great pizza, if you're close by or doing pickup. Delivery on the other hand...tends to take a while.
Update: they failed to check online orders, pizza did not arrive after over an hour, rep on the phone was super unhelpful in locating this info
