Review Tim Hortons - St. John's

I would give this restaurant a 12 out of 10 actually. We were very pleased with the service as soon as we walked in. They had excellent selection, staff was very friendly, Service was very quick. The restaurant was extremely clean. Outside the store was really clean and tidy the green spaces were very well kept, weeded and mulched perfectly. This has to be one of the best Tim Hortons restaurants I’ve visited. Excellent job!

Nice location. On my way just pulled over for a quick pick for a chill lemonade and was greeted by a friendly sales associate who made the drink just in matter of minutes with a big smile in his face which made my day. Wheel chair accessible parking lot and washroom. Good working team.

Toasted 4 cheese bagel with butter and strawberry cream cheese. Order this all of the time for my mom and this is the first time I have been served this mess. I would have gladly waited for them to toast another and maybe put more cream cheese on it 🤔😳 won't return to this location.

Now that the craters have been filled in the lot, it's a great place to stop and quickly drive through. Slightly difficult to get out of depending on traffic, but the overall speed and pleasant nature of the staff who work when I'm usually along that way makes up for it.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Was "served" by a teenage boy around 6 pm on Monday. Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes with no response through the speaker so I drove through to see 3 teenagers on their phones laughing and talking. I waved for about 2 minutes to get someone's attention then the boy finally opened the window and I said "yes hi I was at the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody was there are you still open?" He was texting on his phone while he was talking to me and said "uh yeah why?" ...... why? I just looked at him in shock waiting for him to look at me again when he did he said rudely "do you want to order something or..?" I ordered 2 drinks and he closed the window and continued talking and chatting with with the other teens. Then left. I have worked at tim hortons for years and I have never seen nor experienced such horrible service. They need to rehire at this location it is beyond ridiculous. He didn't have a name tag though if he did I would give his name.

Horrible state this place was in last night. Went to get a coffee after work and came in to this mess. This looks as though it had not been cleaned for a while. Garbage`s were overflowing and behind the counter was also very messy. Also this place seems as though it has not proper management and is usually very slow. I’ve been going to this Tim’s for years and never before had it been in such a state. Shocked.

Very unsafe environment directly due to poor management. They also have almost no food available after around 7pm. I usually come here on my lunch break and I see something new everyday. I’ve seen physical fights, verbal abuse, threats being uttered, and lack of employee protection by management. I would recommend going to another location if possible.

Make something artesianal and charge a dollar extra while making it smaller. Great business idea. Giving coupons to make people think they are getting deals on extremely over priced food also a great idea. If it wasn't for the 15 minute wait times in a drive through I could ignore the bad food and never stirred coffee for convenience but it's all bad.
