We went Burger king topsail road today at 4pm, the drinks weren't only warm(there was no ice at all) but flat. I asked for another it was the same way and so was my wife's coke. We tossed all the drinks into the garbage bin at the end of the drive through. The burgers and mozza sticks were cold, and I mean actually cold. I'm pretty sure they have been sitting there for hours would be my guess. The only thing fresh was the fries. I'm calling for my refund or something today and if I don't get some sense of this I'm done with this location and possibly franchise as this is the 3rd time in a row we've had bad experiences at this same location.

Went there asked for 2 burgers . Specifically said no cheese on 1. Got cheese on both. Ordered nuggets , they must of been there all day. Was so hard and dry. No dipping sauce, no napkins.
The person who served us had zero customer service. Absolutely the worst visit I ever had there...

The food was good. The service was ok. They were on to much of a hurry to listen to my order and put my order in for the wrong burger.

On this trip I used the drive through. The service was fast and the staff were courteous. I trued to order a nugget kids meal and a double wopper meal. The attendant advised me they were out of toys and that by ordering the regular meal would save me money. Overall a very kind person. The food was hot and fresh when I received it, and very delicious. My order was 100% correct. Overall, better service and food than other restaurants that serve similar food. I only wish this restaurant was closer to my home in CBS.

Food was nice. First time having the, spicy chicken, and it tasted like the old Wendy's version that actually has a spicy/hotness to it which was nice. But super slow service for a fast food restaurant. Funny enough you expect the, slow service to balance out with hot fresh food and while we had been told it was delayed because of the chicken fries, order. By the time they came everything else was hot. The chicken fries where warm at best, and rubbery.

Went through your drive through today and ordered a chicken burger (tendercrisp?) and you gave me a whopper. I don’t eat beef. Couldn’t go back due to traffic and timing. $11.55 for fries and a Diet Coke. Super Lame!
