Fast and friendly. A bit pricey but this ain't Tim's. Love their caramel machiattos and cheese danishes!

Got together with a dear friend for a super sugary cold beverage and some catching up ... The server was especially friendly and the drinks themselves were amazing... The atmosphere was nice as well.
It's a Starbucks, if you have seen one of them you have seen all of them. But that's not a bad thing. They attract good staff and they have reasonable coffee. Certainly, go here instead of Tim's. If you are looking for food, look elsewhere.
The staff are always friendly, even when they're exceptionally busy, going so far as to ask you how you're doing when you order. Mobile ordering is convenient and quick, and makes complicated orders much easier for everyone involved. Most importantly, their coffee really is the best.
Nice Cafe, pleasant atmosphere, kind employees and they actually have cappuccino with lactose-free milk, which was great.
I find the service at the Topsail Rd location excellent - all the baristas are so nice! I don't think I've ever had a problem here with either a person or an order. The wait can be long in the drive thru because the place is popular, but this problem is a very mild one.

i had an extremely long order, but the drive thru attendant was super friendly, he and i had a nice chat while a friend and i were waiting. i really enjoyed my grilled cheese lol.

I like this location a lot. My order was just right, it was fast, and unbelievably they had live music last time I was there, with a gentleman playing the keyboard. Great atmosphere to catch up with a friend!
Nice coffee shop, sandwich was good but the seating is not desirable. I don't think I will return unless seating improves
