My wife and I had our reception there a little over 10 years ago after our previous place burned down - they were extremely helpful. I have been there for a number of weddings and receptions over the past 15 years and I have always enjoyed myself. There have even been a number of business luncheons and evening galas that I had a wonderful time. The food is great and has always gone over well.

Friendly staff, good food, went to a dinner theater. Place was clean (they appeared to clean the bathrooms during the first act because they seemed freshly cleaned during intermission- classy).

Very cold and dark venue. They also have a strange set up for meetings. There are pillars with mirrors in the middle of the room so you may have your view obstructive.
Also, the bathrooms really need to be updated.

Terrible service. When I called to make reservations I was told it was first come first serve, but when we arrived we waited twenty minutes for the server to tell us that there are no walk-ins. When questioned, she left for another twenty minutes, only to come back and ignore us, serving the people directly behind us. When she finally spoke to us, she told us three times that there was no way it was them that we called and we needed reservations.
