It’s not the same as when Quinn owned it but it’s good in a different way. I like the lay out of the menu and how you can pick whatever you want to make a combo. I had the beef broccoli which was very fresh and delicious, the chicken balls (also excellent) and the base. Didn’t love the rice but the egg roll was definitely best I’ve had in a while!! Very good food, can’t see anyone being disappointed for eating here!
The dumplings are divine. Been twice now, and both times the food has been excellent and the service wonderful. A new favourite place, to be sure.
Service and food are top notch. Get the fried dumplings!
Loved it! Will definitely be back. So fresh. You can tell everything is made from scratch, even down to their amazing sauces. No garbage from a bottle here. Amazing service too!
I went to Loong Wah with a big group of friends today for hot pot and had an amazing experience.
The hot pot itself was very tasty (I particularly loved the Szechuan broth) and we were pleasantly amazed at the number of vegetarian options available.
The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of food we were given.
Also, the woman who served us (the owner I think) went above and beyond for us. She was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and definitely contributed to our experience.
I would go back to loong wah again
The service was very good, The lady was very friendly and the food was very good. Only problem is parking. They make the best Chicken Balls ever, it has alot of chicken in it.
The Best Chinese Food In Town. Loong Wah is not a sit down and be served kind of place. You can place an order at the counter, wait for it and eat it there if you like, but don't expect anyone to come over with a pencil and paper and take your order. As for the statements claiming the workers there are rude, I couldn't disagree more. Perhaps there are certain individuals I haven't had the misfortune to encounter, but the lady who I've always dealt with is the sweetest person ever! My second time there for a pick up, she asked how my boyfriend was (as he was with me the last time). The food is typical "Canadian Chinese" with your chicken balls, rice and chop suey. I haven't strayed from the combination platters, as that's what I'm looking for when I crave "Chinese." It is CHEAP and absolutely delicious. We are moving again and I can definitely say I'll be driving across town to pick up.
