Hungry kid in the car. Rain coming down. Get to the drive through to order... "Cash only" written on a sheet of paper. No way to get out of drive through. 20+ minutes because the sign wasn't visible. Bummed. Loved this location but guys....come on. Had to leave with nothing and could not get out of the drive through.

Poutine was tasty but the taters weren't as fresh as when I usually get them from other locations.
The gravy was excellent though and so was the coleslaw.
The service was good.
Price was average.
Menu had appealing choices and included an all day breakfast menu.
I would not recommend to those in a wheelchair, most vegetarians and definitely not to vegans.
The style of the diner was old fashioned (think 1950s/1960s) and had a jukebox. To be honest, it kind of made no sense to me because Mary Browns was invented in 1969 and jukeboxes were unpopular in the 70s.
The restaurant played classic rock overhead.
The restaurant appeared spacious, organized and clean, except for the table we were seated at which didn't seem washed down well and had rolled up paper from the straws on the window sill.

Poor service and they got our order wrong.
I ordered a Buffalo Big Mary combo and the other person I was with a Nashville Sandwich.
The boxes came to us unmarked. I think we got a Nashville and a regular but how would I know with no markings?
We were there on a Wednesday evening at about 7PM so it was not busy. I love Mary Brown's so hate to write Bout this but hopefully they turn it around next time...

Went to this location for a large taters and gravy. Tried the drivethru and waited ten minutes left there and went inside. Young feller who took my order looked rattled. He was doing drive-thru, seating diners and front counter. They were short staffed. Then the racket started in the kitchen. I have worked in the service industry enough to know how things should work. This was total chaos. That young feller was yelled at by someone on staff over gravy and everyone heard it. He was told there was no gravy left and he did inform customers there was none. Whoever the staff member was that chewed him out needs to be spoken to. I'm not impressed. I almost spoke up myself. I know it was a lady. There were 2 girls, a older lady and him. This was highly unprofessional.

Extremely tasty and friendly. Love this place. You have to try the taters, dressing and gravy. Think Mary Browns but even better....excellent chicken.

Flabbergasted. They served me a cold chicken burger, not even warm. It was as if it was cooked and refrigeratored for hours and then served to me.. I attempted to call the store and have proof I called 20 times with no answer. Spend your money somewhere else.

Loved the breakfast menu. Decor is of an older diner style, but chicken and marys taters for breakfast, amazing.
