I must admit I love Mary Browns. Whether it's tenders or the Big Mary Chicken sandwich. The taters are a great alternative to French fries. Fast service and hot fresh food is a winner.

Order 2 spicy 3 piece. The seasoning was so poorly distributed it could not be eaten. $30+ and wasted. And I waited forever to get it! Never again!

Stood at the front of the line for 10 minutes before being served, which was a bit frustrating. Once my order was placed the food was quick to come out and it was delicious. The staff member I dealt with wasn't terribly friendly. The restaurant was clean, and located well. Food definitely made up for the poor service.

My partner and I go here often. 1-2 times a week since we live next door. The staff is always friendly to us. But the last time we went (Friday, April 22) around 8:00 pm, the chicken pieces were incredibly salty! Even a piece of cod would have been less salty. And it often happens that they forget things and that their chicken is less fresh after a certain hour. Also, as soon as they’ve more than 5 people in the restaurant, the quality of service drops drastically. They’ve a hard time managing the service when there’s a rush. (Probably because of a lack of staff so the employees are more stressed) Hence my final rating of 3 stars

I go here all the time. This time the assistant manager was great. He was kind friendly personable he knew just what I wanted and how to ring it in. Other times with others its not smooth going and they sometimes try to give you a lot of wings and legs small meat which I never want. Its not much meat on a leg

You can't go wrong with Mary Brown spicy chicken. It is one of favorite. Prompt service always.

Fast food place. Standard fare; greasy and cheap. 3-stars base rating as a fast food chain. Very clean and fast staff. +1 star. The employee Navtej came out from behind the counter and listened to loud videos on his break. Like two tables over when the rest of the shop was completely empty. No headphones or anything. -1 star. All-told, 3 stars.

Me and my girlfriend come here almost every Monday for Big Mary Monday. The food is always delicious and service is fast paced. The only negative is that it can sometimes be a bit dirty, especially the washrooms, but that is my only complaint.
