Terrible place . No idea what this place is all about and why it is still opened . Probably a corporation owning this for tax purposes , can't see any other reasons. The cafe was such a busy place, but has sadly degraded over the years. My company and I quickly noticed how untidy, dirty and cold the area felt. A follow up trip to the washroom just furthered the experience. A near empty building, a toilet in a deplorable state, and staff sitting on their hands

Went to drive through and ordered large coffee. Gave $20 dollar bill as payment and was told by surly unapologetic “barista “ that she could not find change for the bill which is all I had. She showed zero initiative towards generating goodwill and took back the coffee . Last visit from me forever.

Coffee was coffee...but the staff was super pleasant and efficient. Trendy atmosphere to solo or party up for Java. Miss the live entertainment though...

I gave 1 stars for the cozy sitting arrangement and great music. But the customer service sucks big time. No greetings, no smiling! Seems like the employees really don't want to work there. The products are not that great either! This Second Cup used to be such a great place!

The staff were super friendly first thing in the morning, they made a great recommendation for my hot beverage on a cold day. Sat in the lobby for a while on the free wifi, drank my coffee and ate my scone. Staff never pressured me to hurry or leave when it got busy, witch was very nice. 5/5
