I ordered the 'dairy free' cold blend. It was mixed in the blender labeled dairy and I was told I 'should be ok'. $9 drink wasted.

It does not look like a Starbucks. It has awful customer service, staff does not care, does not listen. They take wrong orders, do not say hello, do not smile.... the whole place is dirty. Reward cards are all over the sink. You need to clean tables by yourself....Today I have ordered a bagel without cheese on top and guess what? They have prepared the totally opposite of that. It is an unsupervised Starbucks, for sure! What a shame!

Normally my experience is great, but today I ordered my usual caramel macchiato extra shot of espresso, and to my disappointment no Caramel, no caramel drissel none at all. I even commented about the lack of caramel on top the little girl working said it was in the cup. Finished this awful macchiato with no caramel. Not happy pay for a special coffee it should be made properly or that employee should learn to make the orders correctly.
