I ordered the 'dairy free' cold blend. It was mixed in the blender labeled dairy and I was told I 'should be ok'. $9 drink wasted.

Normally my experience is great, but today I ordered my usual caramel macchiato extra shot of espresso, and to my disappointment no Caramel, no caramel drissel none at all. I even commented about the lack of caramel on top the little girl working said it was in the cup. Finished this awful macchiato
Dame Starbucks we all know. A bit too loud for my taste at times.
