I like my steak blue rare, like still mooing. My server brought out my steak and it was overdone. He said "i told the chef it was over done but i wanted to check with you." I cut it open and it was overdone. I didn't even have to complain, he took the steak back and the next one was fantastic! Service absolutely fantastic! Thanks Alex!

I can only say it was only moderately horrible that only time. The other times was fine.

Pricey with a long wait time. They also didn't accept credit cards when I was there. But it was the best steak I've yet to have in town, perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce accompanying it. Everyone in the party of 12 loved their food. The steak was so good it converted my girlfriend who had previously never been a fan of steak.

The sandwiches/ paninis were some of the best we've had. The carrot soup was good. Burgers were disappointing. Service was mediocre, we waited a while to be seated, orders taken, and for the food to come. There weren't very many people there either. We had to ask for cutlery/condiments/water and our waiter had a cold I guess and kept rubbing his nose and touching things.

We were super disappointed with our experience yesterday. We were seated right away, ordered our drinks and food within 10 mins of being seated. 45 minutes went by, we were not checked on ONCE, and still did not receive our food. So we said we'd give it 5 more minutes before leaving and going somewhere else to eat. Just as we were about to get up and leave, our food came. No apology for the long wait. The food was good, but this experience has put a really bad taste in my mouth, I wont go back. It felt like they just forgot about us. 50 minutes waiting on a burger and a pasta, and the restaurant wasn't packed. VERY disappointing.

This restaurant is one of the worst ones in terms of service I've ever been to. most recently I went there with a party of 4 and it took 2 hours to complete the meal and that was only after having to continuously ask to be served. We were seated 20 minutes before our drink order was taken and that was only after we went to the bar ourselves and asked for our drinks. Took a further 30 minutes to receive our appetizers and another 25 minutes after our meal was finished for the waitress to come and remove our plates and bring take out boxes ... which again was only after we stopped the hostess passing by and informed them of the situation. by far the worst service I've experienced. the food is pretty good, however, not worth the headache of the awful service and staff that seem to not have the slightest clue what they're doing. Would not return!
