Sushi Nami is my favourite place to eat in town! The servers are always incredibly sweet, and the service is always super fast, whether you're eating in or ordering take out. The fish and vegetables alike are incredibly fresh... I always order the avocado maki, and have never had such delicious avocado before! I've enjoyed every single thing I've ordered from here, whether it be sushi, salad, one of their many delicious appetizers, or dessert. Even their water is excellent... always icy cold and lemon-y! Coming here to eat is always the highlight of my day. I would recommend coming here to anyone!

The sushi is on par with Sushi Island and Sun Sushi but where this place excels is its tempura. They just get the batter perfect and so flavorful. The deep fried banana w/ ice cream is to die for The service is also excellent! Lots of water top ups and very fast and courteous. Would definitely go back

The freshest and most delicious sushi in the city! Lately I have been eating here on a monthly basis and I'm never disappointed! Servers are always great, place is clean, and menu is decently priced! This place deserves 10 stars

Thank you for making a vegan menu! I came to Sushi Nami with three other vegans and we went to town and tried almost everything. The vegan options are so good and there's so much to choose from. Its so rare to see a restaurant in St. John's with so many options for dietary restrictions.

Something for everyone. I had the eel which was nice. Lots on the menu for those who like a little less adventurous.

Went for the first time today for my best friends birthday. The service was fantastic, our water was always quickly refilled, the waitress was very pleasant. I didn't like my entree and they replaced it without additional charge; great customer service. As well they brought a dish of mango, vanilla and berry ice cream "on the house" for my friends birthday!!!! Looking forward to going back!

Great and fast service. Mind me it was a Monday night and there was less than 10 people when I came in. I had the Pork Belly Ramen and it was delicious!! Sweet and salty with chilli on the side as requested. The server surprised me with a free appetizer (fried sushi) it was good but a bit on the cold side. Did I say free?? :) Also, the washroom was the best I have seen in a sushi restaurant. 👍👍 I might come back and try the fish.

Pretry good place for some well done Japanese food. The atmosphere is pretty fancy, and the staff are quite hospitable. We had their yuja cha and that was delightful. Their ramen was divine and their sushi was fresh and smooth. Would definitely come here again.

I'll give a 4 stars for service, but the food is about 3 stars as I loved their fusion of Japanese to sit Western tastes, but the really should arrive for keeping it Japanese as so many people, I included, have been there and people who has had real Japanese food live it more than the stuff you find at home. So if you've never been to Japan, this place is the best, but if you're like me I think the best options are the basic 🍣 and their Ramen. Alcohol is a bit expensive so keep that in mind too.

Definitely a new favorite sushi spot in St. John's. Quick and friendly service on a Wednesday evening. Rolls are generously sized, reasonably priced and have great quality fish. After some experimenting at various sushi restaurants in the city I've found it to be better worth your $$ to buy several nice rolls and appetizers rather than paying for unlimited sushi at a lower quality location (unlimited sushi often turns out to be more money than just buying what you wanted). Definitely reccommend Sushi Nami!

Decent prices and good service. Well made rolls. Ordered octopus salad and I'm sure it was good for those who like it but it wasn't for me! Made a good Long Island ice tea too. Good for groups, dates or solo dining. On George street.

Excellent food and service. The mango and sesame ice cream was fantastic! I was also very happy with my teriyaki chicken! Would absolutely return if I make it back to St. John's.
