O'reilly's Pub - St. John's - Photo album

Two nights in a row. Great music and fun atmosphere. If you're looking for more traditional East Coast music... this is the place. The crowd is good, all ages. Beer flows freely, and you have a good choice. Kitty vitty Fighting Irish Red was good.
Popped in on a Sat night ($10 cover), and found a spot upstairs where we could still see the band that night (Kitchen Parti, they were AMAZING, check them out). Our server wasn't too bothered by much, pretty indifferent and probably not wanting to deal with anything but drink orders, but we wanted
Went on Tuesday night . Loved the live entertainment. We got screeched in ,had so.e local beers and some really good food. The moose nachos and the fish and chips were great.
I was here for the "cocktail hour" of a wedding, and liked it so much I came back the next day to grab take out too. We had everything from cod bites to bacon wrapped scallops to meatballs and everything in between. Food was excellent and service was great. The salt n vinegar chip crusted cod bites
Perhaps our best local eating experience in St John's last week. Musicians on stage that could have been at a concert, excellent service and local food and drink. If you're looking for a genuine Newfoundland cultural experience, O'Reilly's did it for us brilliantly on our first evening in St John's.
Great spot. Went for lunch on a Saturday. Very quiet at the time we went, but the food was surprisingly good and the service was great. Would definitely come back for the live music and dancing sometime soon.
The waiters were awesome. Very tentative. The food was ok. We wanted the jiggers dinner but it was only available on weekends. We opt for the games meat nachos and it was surprisingly good. Also at night there is live music which was a bonus. We would visit again. I post honest reviews and pi
If you are looking for a mood this place is that! I went there twice in one week and had a blast, the live music is super fun, strongly recommend. I didn't have the food the drinks were good, the staff was super friendly and the place is really big. You can also buy bags of potato chips with doesn't
We went during the day before our flight left. The service was good and the beer cold. They have two VLT machines and we actually both won a nice little pot o' gold lol.
This was a lovely experience for us from the mainland. We had the loviest waitress Kate! She was so friendly, had great suggestions. We had the seafood chowder. The presentation was beautiful and the chowder was stuffed with so much seafood that it was both filling and delicious.. the cod’s tongues
O'Reilly's offers high quality live music along with excellent pub fare. Our whole group couldn't be accommodated, but, it's certainly worth a visit.
I highly recommend O'Reilly's if you want a more traditional East Coast music experience on George Street. Nothing against any of the other bars, but there's something about the ocean air that makes me want to hear fiddle, mandolin, and sing-alongs... this place delivers just that. A ton of pride an
First time in town and wanted traditional music so was recommended this pub. Staff were friendly and informative when I called to check things out. We went on a Saturday night. Great music and yummy food (poutine with dressing, beer and bakeapple cheesecake)!
Fun evening. The lucky leprechaun was tasty. We were there for open mic night and there were some good performers. Try the moose quesadilla!
No complaints. Pub was not busy, service was good. Ordered the one piece fish and chips. Was decent. Moose burger was enjoyable according to my husband. A bit pricy. Our meal with a tip was $50+ and we only had our small entrees with water. Seems most places in St. John’s are $$$$.
My first visit to O'Reilly's, lovely establishment. Entertainment is talented and soulful. Emily, our hostess, was fabulous and quite attentive.
Good food (loved the moose shaped pastry with the moose stew) and good music. Reason for the 4 instead of 5 rating was the music was too loud but we sat upstairs where it was better, the website had not been updated. This caused 2 disappointments - Fergus was not performing as stated and the menu ha
