I hosted my son’s 12th birthday here, and had the best experience. The food was exceptional and the location is gorgeous. Right on the river, with a semi-paved path to walk down to the river, right from the cafe. Our guests were raving about the food and the location!
Stopped for an ice coffee during a bike ride, and it's the cutest place ever. The ice coffee and scone were great too! Will definitely be back.
We had a family Christmas here this past weekend (over 40 people) and were very impressed. Chef Duff was so accommodating, we had the place to ourselves and the meal was fantastic - delicious with very generous portions. Covid restrictions were followed allowing peace of mind for everyone. We highly recommend this restaurant!
Chef Duff prepares delicious meals. The service and presentation is amazing. We've enjoyed pre-covid Sunday brunch, lunch outside by the river on a Saturday afternoon, a private birthday party including a cooking demonstration as well as many take out meals. Now I'm looking forward to our staff Christmas party. It's worth the drive to River Song!
I 💖💖💖 Chef Duff's food. It is so tasty n meal portions are large. So much bang for your buck. Freshly prepared & tasty homemade meals. Tastes better than your mother's home cooking.
The cafe is a very charming venue. Weather was pleasant enough for patio dining for safety. Foods was hot and enjoyable, but basic. Service was perfect and friendly. Location was the reason for returning - on the banks of the Conestoga River surrounded by natural trees and park-like meadow. Prices a tad high but overall good value. No liquor licence.
A little out of the way but great views.
Visited for a quick lunch and had the pulled pork pizza.
It was fantastic and worth every penny.

Stop in for a bowl of homemade soup and a fresh made sandwich. We have visited a few times for a bite to eat and are never disappointed. The husband and wife team take great pride in their business and it shows!!! If weather is nice be sure to get a table out back. The view is breathtaking and atmosphere serene.
