A big thank you to the gentleman at the drive thru window. I dropped my credit card and I couldn't find it under my car with my lil ones crying in the car. He was very kind to us, came out to search for my credit card while I parked. Great staff and service!
The restaurant is shared with a Wendys and has ample seating. The restaurants were both busy. Service was quick in line and staff seemed have drive through customers ordering with no majot delays. There is ample parking all around the location. Restrooms were clean also. This TIMS location is hiring FT staff currently..l
What can you say. It's Tim Hortons, pretty much quality is the same but the staff is amazing. Between Jay and Tiffany on drive thru that I have normal interactions with. They are always so friendly and happy.
Very friendly staff. Plenty of tables and booths. Good assortment of all menu items. No hold backs here like other Timmys. Convenient to my grocery shopping at Food Basics.
I came to do a review because the person taking drive thru orders right now is amazing I love hearing someone in a great mood when I come here. Iv had him at the window too and he is fantastic and should be noticed for his positive attitude as it is a breath of fresh air.
I am annoyed sometimes that they don't stir the coffee or tea here but he makes up for it
I placed an order through the app for delivery and sadly when I received the order it was missing items. I contacted the app and I contacted the store. The store immediately picked up and the very pleasant women handed me over to the manager. When the manager Lindsey, she said her name was promised to rectify the situation and was very accommodating. I was graciously surprised! All around absolutely wonderful customer service. Thank you Lindsey!!!

Ice coffee is good , hockey picks on the app are the best getting points and free coffee and the season just started.
Decent service inside and drive thru. It's actually quite big and roomy, just seems a bit busy with it facing Welland Ave., i gotta say the staff is pretty quick at attending to you!

I just wanted to say I have been going to this Tim Hortons for about 2 months. And 1 lady has always stood out, I believe her name is Nicole. She is always pleasant no matter how busy you guys are. She is Quick and Efficient, I also noticed she is very helpful to other co workers. I am a Manager at a local Business and I will say she has all the attributes that I look for in an employee, and you should be very proud that you have someone like that representing your Business. Keep up the Great Work!!
