Absolutely amazing! The whole experience was beyond expectations. Maddie was so friendly and her recommendations were top notch, and she makes a mean mojito! Food came out quick and delicious! We will definitely be back.

This place is such a gem in Niagara. It’s got a great intimate vibe inside and the staff are absolutely amazing. Every server I’ve ever had has been so friendly, attentive and added bonus: hilarious, which makes the experience even better. The food is SO GOOD! I think I’ve made my way through half the menu items and I’ve been blown away with everything. The flavours are delicious, and the prices are very fair (especially in pandemic times). I love the drink menu and all the options, and the daily specials. The Office is one of my favourite places in Niagara. Always leave full and happy! Shout out to all the amazing staff to go above and beyond!

We ate our dinners on the patio, which was OK for downtown. The service was excellent and the quality of the food served was excellent. Our party ordered pulled pork on a bun which was tender and tasty, the classic burger (which had no fillers in the patty) and wings, which were delicious but really tiny for wings. We also had the whiskey maple sweet potatoes which were awesome. Given the quality of the food, this restaurant provides excellent value. Definitely recommend. I'll be going back next time I'm in town.

They have changed the restaurant quite a bit from pre-covid. The menu is different and they don't have the same feature meal items. It seems to be even more casual now (condiments at all tables for burgers). We tried a mix of items. No one in my party loved anything they had. We did love the service though- the staff is friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience, but the food was just okay.

Hats off to this incredible place! The food was amazing and service was top notch.. they opened early specifically to accommodate our private group. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend

the service here was incredible and they were extremely accomodating of my food intolerences. if you are gluten free or dairy free the staff is more than happy to adjust the meal so you can enjoy it! absolutely recommend coming here.

Super great getaway from the basic places everyone crowds around downtown on weekends. Was one of the few non packed places on St Patty's Day (great thing !) Waiter was really funny and personable and the food and drinks were great. Portion sizes were really good. Will come back here again when sober.

The Office is my go to place whenever I go to St. Catherines for a concert. The food is always excellent, great selection of beverages and the servers behind the bar are awesome! If they have the peanut butter cheesecake, you'd be foolish not to try it. Just saying �

This was like finding a little jewel! I've been for dinner and now for a ladies night. We had great service, wonderful wine and incredible french fries too! Our server was excellent and he was very helpful with recommendations. A fantastic experience for all!

The Office provided our company tax party with an amazing atmosphere, delicious food & over the top friendly service for two years now. Adam and his group are very accommodating and made my life easy by taking care of all the details and ensuring that our people were enjoying ourselves. Once again you have outdone yourselves. As a party planner it is so nice to hear everyone talking about how good the food was. Bravo!!!!!

This is one of my personal favorites and classic go-to restaurants for all occasions.. never had a bad experience in years of coming here. Great food and an even better atmosphere .

I love this restaurant! I love that they have bring your own wine nights with minimal or no corking fees and the food is always delicious no matter what you order! The fish and chips are my favourite, but I've never had a bad meal here in my three years of eating at this restaurant! The atmosphere is chic and warm and inviting. Great for date nights or girls nights! Prices are awesome and the appetizers are huge. If you want a place to chat and have a great time while munching on some snacks and drinks this should be your go too!

Nice quiet spot with great music. It was quiet and simple. The poutine was very good. The drinks were really watered down.

Awesome!. I went to dinner here the other night with my mum and sister ... and it was seriously THE BEST!<br/>Everything was amazingly delicious. We got the nachos with pulled pork to start, and my god they were so good. And there was literally a mountain of nachos. I also had the ricky gervais chicken club, and lets just say I am still dreaming about it.<br/>Our server was very helpful as well! (Katy)<br/>Definitely my new favourite place!

I do wish it was open more during week work hours but looking for the menu as I want to pre order today and cant find full menu only three items. A little bit on the pricy side but worth the money. The quinoa is amazing.

Simply put, if a restaurant is packed on a Tuesday night, that says A LOT. My boyfriend and I went to The Office last week for our anniversary. I have to say its one of the best restaurants I've EVER eaten at. Being from Toronto, I enjoy upscale food, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of product and service. The owners are extremely friendly and attentive. The food was just delicious-we both completely finished our plates. This time, I was actually sad that I couldnt enjoy leftovers later on in the evening. AMAZING PLACE !

I was hyped after eating my spinach salad it was pretty good but then I got my main and I could drain the oil from my food I will not be returning

The food is fantastic! As long as you don't get big Dave as your server, you are GOLDEN. He doesn't seem like he enjoys being there, forgot to refill drinks and neglected to ask if we wanted dessert. I've had the other two ladies serve and they are kind and helpful :)

Terrible service terrible time. I usually love the office but this experiance was awful! Our server didn't get to us to bring us menus for a least 10 minutes (we even had a reso) and then another 10 to get our drinks and she still didn't take our food orders and a good 20 minutes. When we finally for our meals which for the moat part were amazing, put server never checked up on us we sat the whole meal without drinks.My salad had a chicken bone in it,I told our server and she didn't apologize, she seemed mad at me for pointing it out. She also commited a big server mistake ( which being a server myself I know) of asking " do you want change?". Seems small but it's proper to assume everyone wants change, say "I'll be right back with your change" and give the guest the oppertunity to refuse. Your server really sets the mood for the meal and she was obviously not happy to be serving us and therefore we had an awful experiance

Servings are shrinking. No coucous in the couscous, but pasta. Choose carefully - atleast they bring the bill quickly. :-( 1/5

Amazing place! Everytime I come here the service is fantastic, and the food is so delicious. I recommend trying the pulled pork antojitos and ghnocci!

Love this place so much!. This has become my favorite St Catharines restaurant. They are so accommodating with special requests and food allergies, the service is always wonderful, the prices are reasonable, it has a really great feel to the place, and the food is delicious. I always recommend it to friends and go here at least once a month!

Great spot for dinner and drinks. The grilled tomato salad served with tapanade was delicious, Cuban sandwich was very good and fries cooked perfectly. Pass on the white pizza with frozen crust and too many toppings- the only disappointment of the night. Good music too.

Excellent Downtown Spot. I have lived in St. Catharines my whole life, didn't know that The Office existed.<br/><br/>Excellent food and drinks - good prices. I had the beef tenderloin, fantastic. It was served with veggies and potatoes. I had rolo cheesecake for dessert.<br/><br/>Large selection of wine and very reasonable corkage fees (free corkage Mon-Wed).<br/><br/>if you are downtown, this is a GREAT place for an after work bite to eat. I will be back, often !!!
