Fantastic restaurant. Consistently great everytime I go. The staff is so lovely. I love the butter chicken, chicken korma, samosas, naan, curry veggies, rice it's all great. Also, priced very reasonably. This restaurant is worth visiting over and over again.
This has been the best indian restaurant I've eaten at in the Niagara Region. 4.5 out of 5. Great food. Alters the spice to your request. The quality of food is awesome. Everything tastes fresh. Have been eating here for almost 10 years and never had a bad experience. Keep in mind this isn't fast food, may take 30mins to 1hr for order which is typical for Indian food to be done right
I like the food here especially the lamb beryani the best i ever tasted in canada
I live on Toronto but always come to this cozy place ....
Love this Indian restaurant. I have eaten Indian food for years, all over the world and this Restatant is very good. They even made my favourite Bangalore Pal which is hotter than hell.
My wife and I eat there every anniversary for the last several years.
Buffet = Great Value. We were hungry and driving through St. Catharines so we stopped in for the Sunday buffet at Touch of India. It was us and one other table when we arrived but I guess this could be normal since it was an hour before they closed for the day. The wait staff was nice and the buffet had a good selection of items (1 soup, 2-3 salads, 6 meat entrees,2-3 vegetarian entrees, 2 types of rice, and bread) with everything labeled with the name of the dish and its spiciness. The buffet is available at lunch time Monday through Sunday without Sunday being the most expensive day but I am not sure what the differences in price translates to as far as selection goes on the buffet.
Amazing! We ate like kings. Great music & excellent service.
Very good. I really like it here. Often go with my sister. GREAT service and excellent fresh food. Great flavor in the food and that's what Indian food is about.
One of the best in the area if not the best!
Very good, service is good. When you walk in there is an amazing aroma coming from the kitchen.
This is hands down the best Indian restaurant I have ever been too and I have been to over fifty in Ontario!! The service is great, food can take a while but it is well worth it.. If you have not tried this place make sure you do!! Been going here for 15 years and never had a bad meal or bad experience!!
Impressed. Tried Touch of India for the first time last week. I was quite impressed. The staff was really friendly and unobtrusive and the food was delicious and fresh. I grabbed a takeout menu and will be making use of it for sure.
Delicious & Great Service!. Went to Touch of India with a friend and really, really enjoyed the food. We ordered an assortment of dishes and none were a disappointment. The Naan was amazing--finally! They must have a clay oven. Our young waiter was extremely courteous and didn't hesitate to offer his counsel. A great experience--I will definitely return, maybe with a larger group since it's set up well for larger groups.
...we sat in a quiet little corner by the window and had a look at the menu. There were several dishes I was familiar with, at least by name, and several I'd never heard of. The descriptions were very helpful (I'll try to link to as many recipes as possible, for those who, like me aren't as familiar with the cuisine as others, but I make no promises about how authentic they are). I knew I wanted onion bhaji, and was
We just moved to St Catharines and we’re looking for an authentic Indian restaurant…not only did we find great food and great service but also wonderful owners who appreciate their customers. This will be our go to Indian restaurant every time. Can’t wait to try more dishes!
I wish I could give a 5 star. The restaurant atmosphere is fantastic, lively gives an authentic Indian feel. Loved the painting around and chairs are comfortable. Well that's a restaurant so need to pay attention with food as well. Had ordered paneer kadhai, Naan and mango Lassi. Quantity of main course was small not that sufficient for people of 2. Whereas Paneer size was pretty big not basically an Indian style. Nan was a bit burnt but it was still ok and mango Lassi was fine could have been more better. This is the only good rated indian resturant in the town i hope to visit again and check out other dishses. It seems the price in this resurant is bit high. Check out the pics
Got the dinner combo 1, everything was tasty. The spicy sauce really is spicy. I preferred the sweet one. The dall soup was delicious too. Food takes a little while to be made since it's made fresh but it was all good
You need to eat here!!! One of my favourite Indian restaurants for many reasons. The owner is fantastic, the food is fantastic and the price is reasonable. Parking can be tricky but there's a paid lot across the street. The atmosphere doesn't offer much but the experience will be a great one. If you're not sure what to order, they'll be more than happy to offer suggestions.
Good food, reasonably priced
Served in reasonable time, even thought not a lot of staff and seemed busy enough
Lovely food, ambiance, menu, and owners. My first time at Touch of India...but I can't wait for next time. Definitely a place to support to help make sure the great restaurants survive the tough pandemic era!
Amazing service and amazing food. Have been more times than I can count, and I'm waiting for the next time. They make everything. Little wait, but sooo worth it. The beer selection is also excellent!
Just finished and meal, and I'm already planning my next!
Can't give a high enough rating!
Gone here a few times and always thoroughly enjoy it.
Went with a few friends and the food was mouthwatering. Went on a date night and got dinner for 2 and it was a refreshing taste of India (ohhhhh I said it!)
Highly recommend this place. It's quaint environment and authentic in-house made naan and dishes complete this restaurant.
