The wildfire steak begins w/ top quality, corn-fed aaa beef, hand selected & trimmed by our butcher to avoid excess fat & gristle. For maximum tenderness, our new york strips & tenderloin are aged for a minimum of 28 days. Well marbled, centre cuts, cooked over wood & seasoned w/ our own unique blend of herbs & spices make wildfire steaks memorable for their full, natural flavour & juiciness.
Please allow extra time for wildsize portions. Unless otherwise noted, all wildfire steaks are served w/ baked potato, garlic mashed potato, roasted new potatoes or rice & seasonal vegetables.
