Went here after my Son's Grad from college. His choice. He hangs here with his brother and friends frequently... Its their favorite hangout. We had a party if 7 and the burgers were the best I've ever had!! Amazing flavor and so much food. Had the Sexy burger. Highly recommend. Our server was great. Very friendly and attentive. Loved the drink glasses too. Can't wait for next visit
Just ate at The Works for the first time and I will definitely be going back. Food was fantastic, our server was friendly and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Also ordered the peanut butter cup milkshake and I would highly recommend it to anyone that still wants desert after the very large portion meals. Thanks for a very enjoyable evening!
A friend of mine and I went to the Centre for the performing arts in Saint Catherine's and afterwords were looking for a place to have a bite to eat. We happen to find a place called the works the best burgers and fries and service and atmosphere I've ever had for casual dining I must go to place

We ended up here after kinda of getting lost going home. It was after 9 and they close at 10. We are from buffalo ny and were on our way home. What a real treat this place was. From our server Mel letting us borrow her glasses to read the menu to the awesome food and drinks! We didn't feel rushed at all and everyone was super nice, burgers were so good! I would probably drive there from buffalo on a weekend to eat there again!!!
Was here on Valentines Day for our daughters Birthday. Friendly, quick service and all of our orders were excellent. Nice to have a freshly prepared burger to your choosing and the portions are phenomenal. Love the milkshakes and I am not a milkshake kind of girl but these are the best and must haves when going here.
The wait staff are amazing, and sooo extremely friendly! The back of the house is quick to prepare food, and although it’s pricey for me the food is SO WORTH IT as well as the portion sizing. I love that they serve drinks in measuring cups! Super original �

My family went tonight around 7. The joint was packed and we had to wait for a table. So glad we did! The wait for the table was not as long as we would have thought. We waited a very long time for our burgers and it was well worth the wait. Our waiter, Taylor was a doll. Thanks so much for your outstanding service! As always, our dinner was excellent.

Eaten at The Works several times now and have never been disappointed. All 3 times I have had the "Son of a Beech" burger. Totally in love with it. Their fries are excellent too.

First visit to this chain of restaurants and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth every dollar spent. Our waitress was amazing very friendly, huge smile, and quick. I only wish I grabbed her name. She deserves some serious recognition. All staff appeared to love their job which you don't get in most places. We went out of our way to check this place out! It was really worth it!! Burgers are fully loaded and juicy! The place was spotless and recently renovated. Alex was very friendly, she explained everything to us and helped us make the best menu choices. Highly recommended!!!

We were at this restaurant celebrating my grandson's First Holy Communion (he loves burgers). We cannot say enough about how good this place is. First of all the service we received was superb. We went for lunch and most of us had the lunch time menu. So very reasonable for the food you get and drink is included (not a small drink either). So many variety of burgers to choose from and they were delicious. We ordered an order of onion rings. My 92 year old mother couldn't get enough of them. They were so good. Definitely would eat here again.
I enjoyed a take out "Juicy Lucy" last night and have dined in on a few occasions. My meal was excellent! The girl who took my order was lovely as I explained I had just moved in down the street and hadn't eaten all day. Today I took a stroll down and got a beautiful thick chocolate milk shake to go. Amazing food, fast friendly service what more can you ask for?
Great hamburgers, fries and onion rings. Menus (yes I did say MENUS with an S) could be more user friendly... More isn't always better. Wait staff should help newbies navigate through them. Also, if I ask a waitress if they have a certain beer, I just want a straight answer... What I got was: "We have what's on the menu". Training, training, training. When all is said and done, the experience was pleasurable but still at just shy of $100 for my wife and i, not sure if we will be repeat customers.
Always a great place to go. Great atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. If an error or issue arises they are quick and understanding to correct it. Food is amazing and never has let me down. One of my favourite locations and a great alternative to burgers without the fast food component.
Friendly staff, clean environment. Burgers are cooked *just* right — not overcooked & rubbery, and not raw. Their fries are delicious as well. Only complaint was that the serving size was generous enough that we didn’t have room for dessert 🍨 😂 Next time we’ll start with dessert first!! Cheers!
