Went for Valentine's day dinner with my boyfriend. We both had the dinner special of 4 courses. Really enjoyed every course. Only thing I questioned was the red coconut curry shrimp (I've had it once before) but this time it tasted like peanut sauce not coconut curry. And they surprised us with a box of chocolates at the end. I would have liked to replace the dessert option with that instead. It way alot of food. I'll be back.

Love the food, decor and atmosphere. My family frequently books the private room for birthdays etc. The tamarind beef is incredible with sticky rice.
This place is super authentic and always delicious ! My wife and I make it a monthly tradition , always hospitable and always friendly ! A hidden jem in the corner of the city .

New favorite Thai in St. Catharines.... Enjoyed Chang's Cashew chicken. After reading the reviews, I did not find poor service, I was happy with the portion size, nor did I have any issues regarding their menu selection and applicable pricing. What I did notice was that most of the "doesn't like" reviews, the reviewer has less than 10 total UrbanSpoon reviews, therefore I do not pay much attention to them. I thoroughly enjoyed the coconut jasmine rice, and will say that this is my new favorite Thai restaurant in the city. Well done Chang Noi's, well done. Would recommend and I will be back. A++

This is the best Thai Cuisine in Saint Catharines hands down, if not Niagara. I've tried the Pad Thai in several different establishments, and none surpass Chang Noi's in authenticity and flavour. The curries are also quite flavourful, and perfectly spiced, and the servings are quite generous. I must also commend the owners on the restaurant itself, as it's incredibly cozy inside, well designed and decorated, with a warm atmosphere. I cannot overemphasize these words: eat at this restaurant. I certainly will continue to.

Damn that's good panang!. “CHANG” means ELEPHANT and “NOI” means BABY or LITTLE.
So CHANG NOI is LITTLE ELEPHANT. Or so they tell me... This was my first visit here so I can't speak for all dishes but I can say the following:
"That's some damn good panang and one hell of a good experience."
That being said... We had a party of three on a Saturday evening. We were seated quickly by some of the politest staff I have ever encountered. Panang with beef and coconut rice for myself, Spicy lemon pork with jasmine rice for the wife and garlic shrimp with sticky rice for the aunty. The waitress was extremely polite and helpful and the food was hot and fresh. Not one complaint from anyone at the table and the taste was out of this world.
I've adopted a great affection for panang over the last little while and I have read comments below about the quality of it here. I cannot stress enough that this panang is amazing and nothing like their dramatic inadequacies. We followed up the meal with green tea and ginger tea. All in all I was extremely impressed with the service and quality and will do nothing but toot the horn of greatness when asked about their restaurant.
Looking forward to my next visit. Anyone up for Thai tomorrow?
We have been going there regularly since they opened. The food is wonderful, fresh, beautifully presented and perfectly spiced every time. Now they have added a pretty cool food truck. Call ahead for a reservation so you won't be disappointed.

Best Pad Thai. I've lived in several large North American cities and sampled a lot of pad thai, and Chang Noi's pad thai is definitely one of the best I've ever had. It's so good in fact that I haven't tried anything else. However my dinner companions have tried other dishes and have never been disappointed. The restaurant has a nice decor and very friendly service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had lunch the other day and the apple salad was really yummy. I ordered the pad Thai and like the other reviews said I wish there was a larger portion. The decor was nice too. I want an elephant painting!

Finally Real Thai Food in St. Kitts. Order takeout last weekend, it blew Spicy Thai and Salha Thai out of the water.
Lunch/Dinner. Their meals are consistently GREAT. I would say this is one of the BEST Thai Restaurant in St. Catharines, ON. Everything is FRESH, you don't feel like the food came from a big vat that, they keep on serving over and over again. Very Clean.
The only thing is, they get very busy and a bit short handed on the servers, who are nice but somewhat forgetful at times. Otherwise, this place is the place for Thai food!

It was okay..... I found that the food here has a sweet taste to it.
I was disappointed that rice needs to be ordered in addition to the meals and you do not get very much.
The special pad thai is neat with a big egg laid on top of it but it wasn't the tastiest pad thai that I have eaten.
My friend had the yellow curry and I am looking forward to trying that next time, it was delicious! She had "medium"- it was hot, I will order mine "mild".

Best Thai in Niagara!. We've tried a few Thai restaurants in the area and by far this is the best Thai restaurant in the area! And we eaten Thai all over the world and this place must rank in the top 3 of our favorite of all time. Thai is our favorite food and its is really hard to find a good restaurant like this even in big metropolitan cities like Toronto, New York, Miami. The secret to any good food is the sauce. You could have the sweetest vegetables, most tender meat but it will not work if you do not have the right sauce to make it all come together. Try the cashew chicken, oyster beef, mango curry chicken. You'll love it!
Hands-down the Best Thai Resturant in Ontario. Hands-down this is the best Thai restaurant in Ontario. Anywhere else, this food would be priced $10 higher per entree. I can tell that the chef makes this stuff from scratch. This isn't the pre-packaged stuff served up by most other Thai restaurants in southern Ontario. This place is a gem.
