Great Food, Great Staff. I love this place! I usually go to La Crema at least twice a week for lunch. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious! Also have to comment on their washrooms, they are always so clean. Its a great place to go.

The food was awesome! I ate there and it was like my moms Italian cooking! I have never had resturant quality food that tasted as good as my mom used to make!

Best Gluten free desserts!. We love ALL of the gluten free options...the person who commented on them "leaving a bad taste" in their mouth obviously needs to try other GF goods before passing judgement on this wonderful fare! I bake 99% of what we eat, but it is nice to go out and have options available to us and my family and I agree that they are comparable to homemade GF goods - maybe a bit higher sugar content but they are great! Way to go La Crema - we tip our hats to you! :)
Great tasting coffee! And the strawberry rhubarb pie is light and tasty.
The best gf desserts in town by far! I have yet to create a gf muffin as good as theirs since being diagnosed with celiac disease and their date squares are to die for!
Great soups, sandwiches and most of all... PIE!. I get to St. Albert about every 3 weeks. Every time, I eat lunch at La Crema (previously St. Thomas Cafe). They've changed it up a few times, but the things that matter to me are the soups (favorite is tomato), sandwiches (favorite is roast chicken salad) and pies (only one I eat is the Possum PIe) have remained the same high quality. Staff is pleasant and the service is good.
I went here one evening to watch a live music gig and they had a nice selection of desserts and gluten free items. Great place to sit and relax.
