Review Jugs Bar & Restaurant - Spruce Grove

A great experience to see the inner workings of a grain elevator. Our tour guide, Bart, was very happy and friendly and was very knowledgeable about grain elevators. My wife and I enjoyed the tour and learned a lot of new things about grain elevators. There is washroom facilities available here. Grain elevators are a cool piece of rural history in Alberta and I recommend coming here for an informative experience.

A great place to see the history of Spruce Grove. While it does have a grain elevator, there are some other buildings that have a number of exhibits from household items of the past to old firefighting equipment, and traditional agricultural tools and exhibits.

Very knowledgeable staff (Chris). Very educational. This grain elevator looks like it was closed yesterday. A must see for anyone born on the prairies, who lived their lives with these community structures and had no idea how they worked. I now KNOW. No charge admission. Charity donation jar.

Spruce Grove Farmers Market was great! Was very impressed with all the vendors. Body Lore Bath & Beauty had some awesome products.

There is an inspiring group of volunteers in the Spruce Grove Agricultural Society who are so dedicated to preserving our history and values. I recently witnessed wedding photos being taken at this venue, and thought that was such a great idea! The grain elevator and museum is open to school tours, and they have fun games based on culture, and agriculture to educate our local youth in the community.

Went to a wedding there it was awesome. Staff that worked there helped out alot. It's on a donation basis, but I can't see that lasting because it's such a great rustic place to have a wedding, it won't be long before it catches on & the payment method changes.

Run by volunteers and they are awesome. Tour was quite informative for our family. There is a farmers market too on Saturdays... Not a big one.

The tour guide was very friendly and informative. If you're willing to hang out and listen he'll show you all sort of neat stuff.

Tiny fair on this day for the kids, not bad, low cost, and that classic feel. As for the grain tower, what to say... It's very tall!!!???

One of the best attractions in the area and a landmark building that's beautifully restored.
