Review Carl's Jr. - Spruce Grove

Always good food and friendly service. The only complaint we have is that the radio station is always too loud. Ideally it would be turned down so that it is background music. I realize it’s hard to please everyone with the choice of music in a public venue…but if you don’t care for the station or genre it helps if it’s not quite to loud.

Free refills and boss burgers, I got El Diablo with the thee jalapeño poppers on it and fries super hot and fresh on both sides. Ty for a good experience and a meal that was tasty filling with put an upset stomach, trotts or winds.

Best Fast Food Burgers in Spruce Grove. We had 2 burgers combo with a coupon for $17. Today I had one delicious burger for less than $10 with a coupon, plus they give me $1 off cuopon for a milkshake.

They have decent food. The only thing I don't like is there drive thru window in too far back from the curb. Their employees should not have to reach so far to give me my food.

When ever I go to alberta we hit this place up. They have never let us down great food and prices.

Carl's Jr. sets the bar high for customer service and the quality of their food. The menu has many different options for burgers that I'm sure I will try one at some point. Yet their Big Carl burger is simply so good that I haven't deviated from it yet. Their customer service is almost as good as their burgers, as they are always very enthusiastic, expedient, and very friendly! They make you feel like a guest and will guide you to some great options. They even drew a kitty cat on my Skip the Dishes order! Overall, you can't go wrong with Carl's Jr in Spruce Grove, as they will be a better value than other options (in both price and quality!) My only complaint is that there aren't more locations around here! Thanks to everyone at Carl's Jr., keep up the great work!

First time trying Carl Jr. We used the coupons they mailed out. I must say I had the Boss Burger w fries and pop. I loved the burger it was just the right size for me. I love the fact that they used chopped up sweet onion rather than the strong onions so may burger places use. I loved that it wasn't loaded with lettuce tomato etc.. the mayo the dressing or sauce was nice and sweet. The fries were not to salty and the pop was delicious. I also like the fact they use d paper type straws. The charbroiled burger was so delicious. Not greasy like so many burger places were. All in all I look forward to my next meal from Carl Jr and will recommend it to my family and friends

Drive thu was relatively quick. Food was hot and tasted good. Staff was pleasant and spoke clearly in the drive thru intercom thing. Would have bee 5 star across the board, But I found the drive thu lane to be fairly sharp and narrow. Being that I was driving a large pickup at the time. Had I been towing the trailer THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO WAY I would have tried to pull stop there... It is certainly not the staffs fault it was build like that.

Carl's Jr is so much better than Mc Donald's or really any of the other big burger chains. I think I'm finally gonna quit McDonald's. Great food great service and its 30% minimum cheaper than the other guys. I get a combo meal for 10 bucks and at McDonald's it's 15+...

It was nice to finally taste one of the burgers from the american commercials that are drool worthy but the chicken burger was nothing special. I will say that the hash fries are worth stopping for though as they are hard to find elsewhere these days.

I'll never darken the doorstep. Hubby went tonight to get a quick burger, he said it took forever. As he's waiting, a guy comes back with a burger that was apparently not he one he ordered. They gave it to hubby. He's a nice guy, so he didn't say anything... Are you kidding me? Don't go to Carl's in Spruce Grove. Slow and obviously very unprofessional.

Chicken club not fresh, meat may have been sitting in some greasy liquid as it wound not stop squirting out of sandwich. Fries were not the greatest, most likely not going back

Thought it was good until.... Bought a couple burgers and a shake on way home, got home (1/2 hour away), went to eat and neither burger had the meat in it, bacon cheese lettuce etch was there, so I called, I was basically told by the manager Sorry I watch every order being prepared that couldn't happen, never has happened, basically insinuating I was lying, I have supported this place since it opened, been there numerous times, recommended it to my friends, I will not be back, probably not even to get the replacement burgers he finally offered after I started to get very upset.

Open during there hours would be nice. 2 nights in a row (nov 18th and 19th) i have gone over to this restaurant at 9 pm which has the hours on the door that say they are open till 10 only to find that they have shut early. But they didn't feel then need to turn off the open sign or anything

The Original Six Dollaar Burger. I used to have to wait a year to get this burger on every vacation I took to the states. Now I can get it any time I want. Its a nice big burger, lots of toppings and it tastes nothing like DQ, McD's, A&W or Burger King. Not even close, even the beef has a different taste.

Spruce grove location is awesome, blows west Edmonton location away. Best fast food burger in spruce for the price.

Bad service!. Went to the west ed location and will never go back again. We ordered a combo instead of a pop we asked if we could substituted with a milkshake expecting to pay a bit of a difference. When we looked at the receipt they charged us for the full price of a milkshake. Went to talk to the shift supervisor if it was an error he said no. Then said if you're gonna charge me the full $4.29 price of a milkshake shouldn't I get my regular drink aswell with the combo. He said no we made a substitution. I said the regular price of a milkshake is $4.29 anyway. We also ordered a plain cheeseburger kids meal. When we got it home, the cheeseburger had pickles, ketchup and mustard not at all plain. Sent a email to complain about the service, have not heard back yet. That was 4 days ago.

I tried the Jalepeno thick burger and it was great it tasted as good as a Big Mac and the chili cheese fries were good but not as good as Taco Bells.<br/>I'm going to eat Carls Jn more often now.

Tried the milkshake - very disappointed. We tried the coffee milkshake. Hardly any coffee flavour at all. You'd think it would taste like vanilla then right? But it didn't even taste like vanilla! The taste was just flat and bland - No flavour at all. Bleeccchh!!!

WESTERN BACON THICK BURGER. My favourite burger at this place is the Western Bacon Thick Burger<br/><br/>Ive been to the Spruce Grove location about 4-5 times already and it is hands down my favourite Fast Food joint. I wish there was one closer to me in the South SIde.<br/><br/>Will be back whenever I am in the area.

I like the western burger. If you compared it to Burger King. Same burgers and buns

Garbage. Went to the new location on 170th street. I opted for take and when I got home I noticed my burger was missing a key ingredient. A BURGER. How in the hell do you not put a burger on a burger???? I will never go back to this chain and hope I dissuade others from this chain. I'll stick to five guys thank you.

Been to this location a couple times. Always enjoyable. Only recommendation I would say is the fries could be a bit crispier. But food other wise is very good. Milk shakes are amazing.

I enjoyed our first visit. The food is made right at the time of your order. So yes of course you have to wait for it to cook. Chees chilly fries are great at the begining than they get to be a little to much. But keep ordering ! I only had the mushroom burger it was fantastic! The burgur a remind me of DQ. <br/>Shakes are fantastic as well. Over All pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Kids love it.<br/>But I do find it super expensive for a family to go compared to other burger joints.

First time eating at the American fast food joint. Went to Carls Jr for the first time ever, expecting big things from the American Chain. After trying the food, was disappointed with what I received, service was good, food took about 5 minutes to be ready. But the cheese burger I got was just plain. Fries were gross. Only thing that tasted like it should was the pop. <br/>Food was something between A&W and Dairy Queen. <br/>Rodeo Burger is still my top choice, followed by Five Guys and then Fat Burger. <br/><br/>Everyone should try this place at least once, but you probably won't be coming back.
