Im not sure whether they are under staffed or too busy but they need to update their app about out of stock products and be more pro active about refunds and letting customers know. As well as my donut had hair baked into the chocolate. Not very appetizing.

Absolutely the slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario. Only tolerable with app for in store pick up (I only get coffee and it still takes at least 5 or 10min but beats the 20 to 40min drive thru and out the door lines) I don't go here anymore since they stopped using the app last week. Lid of coffee jammed down caused damage to cup, so lid was not on properly. Not happy! Yes, streaming hot coffee pouring out on side of cup. Good thing it had not spilled all over my partner. What was the problem, I never had a penny for the 11cent. Aww they don't circulate pennies anymore.😡😡

Mornings and Evenings are always rather long in wait time. There are no coffee cup disposal bins available in the drive thru because people throw household garbage in them. Lots of parking and least busy drive thru than most Tim Hortons I have visited in Ontario. Interior service is not as efficient in the evening hours , very fresh donuts and apple fritters I got there

Well 20 mins wait in a 6 person line, i believe this is the last. This is still the slowest Tim hortons I've been to. If this continues I think I'm going to stop drinking coffee and the mobile app is b.s. because everyone stops to fill these orders when there's already a huge line up it's like so
