Sue was incredibly kind and drove 30+ miles to deliver meat for my family during quarantine. These steaks were the best we've ever had. Sue went above and beyond to help us, and the meat was exceptional quality!! We are greatly appreciative of this act of kindness.
Always a five star. Perfect pork shoulder tonight and amazing glaze with a Rhubard blend that is in Sues shop. I love to drop in and find out exactly how to cook what I buy and what temp to work with. I don't really like to cook that much but it certainly does help out a ton. Between the great butch
Friendly ladies knowledgable on their cuts of meat and what portion size you may require. Good variety of meats and cheeses just like the website states. We even special ordered a brisket for pickup later in the week
