I’ve been here several times. In the past they were great. Lately they have new staff every time I come in and their customer service is absolutely terrible. The one girl there gave me attitude for asking a simple question. It was disgusting! She had no customer service etiquette. Other times you as
fast friendly service. wish they used the rice bowl for salads like most pita pits so you get more for your money. Great staff :)
Be sure to ask if every item you order is gluten free as they just made me buffalo chicken on gluten free pita after stating allergy no one said the chicken was not
We make this our weekly stop for take out. The staff is very friendly and Catherine is exceptional at her job. She always remembers our order and prepares it quickly and efficiently. She is always very pleasant and attentive and I look forward to our visits.
I had a small issue at this location and when I spoke to the manager about it he was very kind and understanding and had dealt with it in a very tactful and mature way. We go to this location weekly and will continue doing so because of the way things were dealt with. Great job and thank you!
