I'm a professional driver and stop at Wendy's frequently. When I stopped in Simcoe I was served the best Wendy's ever. My server was Jacob a special needs adult. I saw a special needs lady preparing my burger to perfection. What a wonderful experience! Wonderful service with a great smile. Taking p
Very fast service. Restaurant was extremely busy. Drive thru had at least 15 cars. Staff was organized and worked together as a team. Apple Salad was large and tasty. Tried chicken wrap. A little small for the $ but tasted great.
I understand being under usual staff sometimes but if Starbucks and Pizza joints can still run the inside of the store and the drive through with only 3 or 4 employees sometimes less, all day long, I don't understand how they can't manage to make it work especially at 1130 at night when you have bar
Took my kids to Wendy’s and they would not serve us because “they were understaffed” also locked the dinning area early making us walk through the drive thru. They had 4 ppl working no other customers and my 6 and 8 yearold cried when she said no you can’t have it because your walking, then I asked
A really great place to eat, sad part about it is eating inside. The workers are pretty slow and the cooks forgot to add bacon to my Bacon Deluxe, which is supposed to have BACON. Three stars for being a good fast food restaurant.
It is, as all fast food places ares these days, mediochre food, luke warm food and terrible customer service.
My burger tasted like a camel had it's way with it in mating season and that wasn't even the really awesome part of this visit.

A different layout for a drive through. The exit from the drive through may be difficult for longer wheel base vehicles going to the street parallel to the drive through, use the other exit to the north of the parking lot.
