Always nice to go to Tims. Coffee is great. Love the breakfast wraps but today was disappointing. It seems like they have shrunk the wrap to half its original size but at the same price or higher. A good example of shrinkflation.
This Tim Hortons location is nice! The drive thru gets backed up a lot in the mornings, but the service is always pretty quick. The coffee is always good and fresh. However, the cold brew coffee was not that great. I don’t recommend it, but everything else I have had here has been good.
The donuts have improved a little since the last time I was in a Tim's. Coffee was scalding hot and the cups were over filled. Coffee is okay, not great.
We were served by the new staff person so patience was required. But we all had to start somewhere.
Helpful and friendly service. I went inside as the drive thru was busy but it didn't take long for me to get my drink. The lady was great at helping me redeem my gift cards and by the time I was finished paying my coffee was ready.
Nice place to have a french vanilla with everything bagels.

Great Service. Friendly staff. Got my order in just 2 minutes. Their new spicy chicken buffalo wrap is delicious. Must try that out. Definately try that again. One of my favourite chicken wrap. Donot forgot to tell them to make it crispy😇

There was a large size of the drink I ordered in small, and that was offered to me at no extra charge.
Even though the drive through was busy, the server took time to be kind.
Very difficult to place an order...most items were sold out or not available. Rather frustrating when you want soup and a biscuit and they only have chilli....which is not a soup.
My wife is vegan. I am not. Tim’s has breakfasts for both. I love their new breakfast wraps. Fantastic. I live outside Sherwood Park, but tomorrow morning I will head into town and order a breakfast wrap and medium black coffee for my breakfast. And my vegan wife can always find vegan things on the
Friendly staff. My only concern was when i ordered some chipotle sauce on my breakfast sandwich; they put the sauce on the side of the sandwich and in the wrapper it came in ! A mess ! Please take more care when adding sauce or toppings to peoples food. 🙂😋
I just need to rave about this location...I showed up with a situation that had occurred at another location and they went faaaaaaar above and beyond to accommodate me and fix the situation despite the fact that they had no obligation to do so. I was treated nicely, the staff were very understanding
