Breakfast at Caffery's, what a surprise. Busy pub this morning with fast breakfast service. Staff are quick to arrive and take our order. Coffee was kept full throughout our meal. Steak and eggs for most of the table. Two eggs cooked perfectly as was our steaks. Great value as toast, hash browns, steak and eggs is $10. Eggs Benedict for the rest of the table presented well with medium poached eggs.
Some really good pub food and nice staff. If a group of us go there for the evening the cost of the bill is visibly less than most of the other places we go (BP, Earls). We have gone there for years and the only complaint I have is it can sometimes be a bit loud for conversations for some people. I recommend the Southwest Salad and their pizzas
Big sports bar. Gets pretty packed and rockus at times, but that's pretty much the idea.
Surprisingly decent food from a menu with something for everyone.
Good local spot for a beer and a bite that is anything but a franchised experience.
I now understand why the parking lot is more often than not very full!
I was very surprised on how good the food was, I've gone there a few times for lunch and dinner. Never been there for drinks.

Hi there, Caffreys doesn't charge cover for anything.... there may have been a fundraiser here, and they had tickets presold to people, and maybe someone from that organization tried to charge you, but that's not cover being charged by Caffreys management, we tell the fundraiser groups they are NOT to charge our customers cover, and usually they don't, this was obviously a misunderstanding, the only thing we ever charge for is New Years eve.... thanks have a great day
I dont write many reviews, but i am starting to as i feel its important for people to be able to hear others opinions of places. I rely on others reviews when i want to try a new place, so i hope to do the same for others. I have frequented Caffreys many times and always have a positive experience. I love the atmosphere and the laid back feeling. The food rarely disappoints and if it does the manager is happy to make things right. The thur haddock and chips are one of my favorites. The owners, staff and management always treat me and my friends like we are always welcome.. I recommend Caffreys for all of the above reasons and more.

I normally have no problem with Caffrey's but not today. I ordered the Surf and Turf like I have many times before but today it came covered in mushrooms. I told the waitress I wasn't going to eat it so she offered to replace the steak without mushrooms. I said that would be great so I sat and ate my salad and waited for a new steak. While I was eating another waitress showed up and told me I didn't order the surf and turf because that wasn't available till 4 what I did order was a steak sandwich with shrimp added that always has mushrooms. I told her that when I order something I should always get the same thing and that it was confusing that I would get something different depending on what time of day I order it. She left me to eat my salad and a third woman came to my table to explain to me how the menu worked. I told her that I had ordered the same thing many times and never had a problem. She continued to explain the way the specials work but at this point I had enough and told her to leave me alone and cancel my steak because I was leaving. She said that was fine with her. As we left our first waitress was apologizing for the mix up and said it was all her fault. I said it wasn't a big deal until the third woman came to my table and lectured me about the menu. She told me that the woman who upset me was the owner. I don't know if I will be back to Caffrey's anytime soon.
Great Time Always. I go to Caffrey's frequently and am always impressed. I'm treated well, and the food is amazing!
Caffreys is by far the best pub I've been too, the food is wicked tasty and the staff are very friendly and gorgeous to boot!!
Cafferys is deffintially the best place to go for a beer or for great food in the park. The staff is great, they have specials every day. My fave place to come to by far!! Tks guys

Great place to hangout, whether it's the weekend or the middle of the week. The atmosphere is great and the staff is even better. Would recommend anything on the menu, I've never had a bad meal here and the prices are reasonable.

Great place to go meet up with friends and enjoy the night, the live bands or sit and relax on the patio or watch different sporting events on all the big screen TV's.

Returning customer. I have been searching for a place to go where I feel welcomed...finally! Upon entering I was greeted with a warm smile from the server who introduced herself and ensured that we were made to feel at home (thanks!). Food was pretty tasty and they had quite a selection of domestic beer (another bonus). I took one of their cards that are on the tables (weekly night specials) because I want to go back and enjoy their seemingly unreal deals. Seriously...fish, chips and a beer for $11.99, wings for $3, free appetizer buffet on friday....I am totally in! Anyways, I would recommend this place to friends. I asked the server if it was locally owned (as I am not a huge fan of supporting giant chains when we can keep it local) and it was. Nice work guys...look forward to my next visit.
My friend and I went to Caffreys on a Friday and were pleasantly surprised! There was a live band that played rock music and they sounded really good and gave the place a hip atmosphere. It's definatly and 27 plus crowd which is nice I have been to so many pubs where teenagers are overly drunk and obnoxious. The servering staff was friendly and my drink never empty. I ate the stuffed nachos there, they were really tasty. Will be back!
My boyfriend and I are new to Sherwood Park and wanted to find a nice pub. We checked out Caffreys and left very happy! This place had a relaxed, grown-up atmosphere. We weren't looking for a rowdy sports bar with teenagers filling up the place. Our server was efficient, made us feel welcome and seemed genuinely happy to be there. We both had a steak and shrimp special and were very impressed after not knowing what to expect. It was a good price too, especially cause the shrimp were a nice size. Being new to the town, we are pretty happy about finding a pub we feel comfortable at and provides some originality to the pub experience.
Great Experience!!. Have been to Caffreys on quite a few occasions now,and it's about time to review and give credit where credit is due. The food is amazing I Love the stuffed nachos and boneless wings...the staff and the food are why I keep returning, the girls are so friendly and genuine and are always trying to ensure you are happy and taken care of! Live bands every weekend are a huge bonus as well. The owners and manager are always present and it makes me feel like I'm at home! I highly recommend Caffreys to anyone wondering I read other reviews on here and each to their own and even though I highly disagree with some negative comments I just hope people go and form their own opinions!
Nice Pub. Caffery's is an excellent place to go and watch the game. With TV's everywhere, every seat is a good seat.
Food: Go on Wednesday's to catch Big Wing Wednesday's for delicious 35 cent wings! The rest of the menu is pretty good as well. Watch thou, one waitress charged me for pop refills and when I went another day, a different waitress didn't.
Service: I would say Average. Some waiters/ waitress' are really nice and there are others who could care less about their job and you.
Cleanliness: A++ for how clean the bathrooms are. Plus the restaurant is kept pretty tidy.
All in all, nice place and a good pub to meet with friends and have a good time.
Best Pub Visited in a Long Time. I live in west Edmonton but I visit Caffreys every chance I get. I love it there, it has a great atmosphere. There are so many big screen tvs you can see the game from any seat in the house!! Every time I have gone my waitress has been so much fun and the service was very fast. I have had a number of dishes at Caffrey's and they all were very tasty. I really enjoy the stuffed nachos, they are to die for! I also really enjoy the cucumber dill salad, it's light and refreshing, just like home made! I definately recommend this place!!
