Best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Specially Wonton soup is very delicious! The staff is very friendly and restaurant is clean.

Covid protocols are non-existent. Like, baaaad. No vaccine card check, the knives we wouldn't need for pho that were on our table for the 45 minutes we waited for our order to be taken were then grabbed and tossed back in the bin.... then when the third group of two came in, we were all sat next to each other, less than two feet from the next person in a different party. This is with an empty restaurant. We were actually laughing at the absurdity. So there's that. Veg, chicken, beef or seafood for the pho options. Nothing more than that, no spicy etc. Minimal Vietnamese dishes, more focused on chow mein.

For a place with Phobin it's name, it was disappointing that there was no all dressed Dac Biet option, but the broth was delicious enough for me to return in spite of that. Service was great, love the venue.

45 minutes wait for our orders when the restaurant was almost empty. The dishes are also overpriced, $18 for 4 pieces of general tao chicken with one spoon of rice and 2 broccoli. When we asked for the bill, it took another 15 minute.. unbelievable.

This is the best vietnamese restaurant in town. Prices are great. Service is incredible. Food is amazing. This is now my favorite restaurant in town.

This restaurant brought us back to Vietnam. The pho are god the sautéed were perfect. The kids enjoyed the whole experience as if we were back in Montréal at some of the vietnamese restaurants we used to go for dinner. The price is where it should be

2e fois au Pho loc, déception totale! Nous avons attendu 45 min pour recevoir nos soupes, puis un autre 45 min pour nos repas, incomplets. La serveuse a préféré nous ignorer plutôt que de venir nous faire un suivi ou nous donner une explication. Suggestion au propriétaire; lorsqu’on choisi d’offrir un service de plat à emporter, vaut mieux prévoir plus qu’un cuisinier, surtout un samedi soir. Aussi, puisque le temps d’attente est toujours très long, vous pourriez penser à prévoir un amuse-bouche pour faire patienter vos précieux clients. Peut-être une réorganisation de la cuisine et une bonne mise en place avant le service du soir pourrait être une première solution.

Excellent!! La formule pour 2 personnes est vraiment extra. Bcp pour notre argent et tellement bon. On y retourne a chaque année!
