Review O Chevreuil - Sherbrooke

I would say O Chevreuil is my favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke. Not only the foods are always delicious also the drinks are very nice. Anytime I go there I try different drinks. It's never let me down. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I really like the concept of open kitchen ! I'm always happy to go there as their staffs are very friendly and helpful 😊. I highly recommend O Chevreuil to everyone!

This place felt very trendy and also very different from the types of restaurants my husband and I usually go to. I really enjoyed it. The food tasted wonderful and our server was great. Dessert menu is not so big though and I'm a huge dessert person. Also, a tiny dessert for like 9 bucks. Disappointing. Me and my husband shared a lemon meringue pie that cost 9$ and it was not the best I've ever had either. I did enjoy my meal though and so did my husband.

Nice place to get pub style (tavern style?) Food with drinks. Not too complicated or out of this world, but it tastes good.

Great service with interesting drinks and food that smells absolutely wonderful. We had the combo 2 person meal, assorted roasted pork, chicken etc.. Perfect !

Excellent restaurant, always great food and service. Always at least one of the two owners are there, both genuinely appreciate the customers, staff do as well. Atmosphere and food can't be beat. Restaurant is open dinner only. Wednesday to Sunday

Someone at our table ordered an well done burger because she was pregnant (and stated that fact to the waitress) the burger arrived medium, and was taken back, the patty was cooked again and was still not well done. The waitress mixed up the drinks on the checks and we had to wait quite a while before she came back to make us pay. One person had the ribs and the vegetables were cold (not warm, actually cold) on top of the ribs, another one had really pale looking and soggy fries. The menu looked great and all but the flavors were a bit bland. The music was really loud and got louder over the course of our dinner. All of us (8 persons) came to the same conclusion, we probably will not be going back, for this kind of price, in Sherbrooke, we can find more a flavoful menu, quieter place and a more competent staff, no doubt about that. :(

Très heureux de cette découverte! l'ambiance est chaleureuse et l'endroit est aéré, on a pas l'impression de manger dans l'assiette du voisin! Le repas était excellent, et le menu propose des plats pour tous les portefeuilles! pour se faire pardonner d'avoir eu à attendre pour notre table on nous a servis un dessert su'l bras du resto. Un geste encore plus apprécié considérant qu'on ne trouvait pas avoir attendu si longtemps!

Ça fait deux fois qu'on vient, pour se faire dire que le restaurant est complet, qu'il n'y a que des places au bar, alors qu'il est visiblement vide. La première fois (que 2 pers au bar) on est parti manger ailleurs. Cette fois ( 1 table de 2 pers et 3 pers au bar) nous avons accepté de s'installer au bar. On est parti et le resto était toujours presque vide (3 tables de 2 pers). Dommage de voir que votre restaurant est complet de tables vides.
