Première visite hier soir! quel bonheur et quelle découverte. Personnel accueillant, et très attentif. Le menu dégustation wow! chaque plat est un plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles. Avons eu le plaisir de goûter aux premiers homards des Iles en entrée. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Le restaurant La Table du Chef demeure incontestablement une Excellente Table.

Outstanding dining experience. I loved everything I had. Foie gras was delicious, frog legs and scallops were bursting with flavor, pecan and pear cake desert was light and delicate and so good! Attentive and friendly service. Beautiful views from the window. All around great experience!
Excellent restaurant! The chef makes the dishes with creativity and good skill. For example, I ordered beef for rare cook and it is no doubt to meet my expectation. Price may be a little bit high in Sherbrooke, but food, atmosphere and service worth the price.
La Table Du Chef is a fantastic restaurant! From start to finish the service was outstanding; the hostess, waitress, and sommelier were kind, funny, and attentive. The food was delicious with good portion sizes and beautiful presentation; especially good were the pan-fried Angus beef fillet and the Guanaja chocolate fondant. The ambiance is cozy and warm: excellent for date night!
It's a traditional French menu but with a twist. Everything was beautifully presented and excellently prepared. We had the duck and the frogs legs.

This is my first visit to Canada, and I was visiting the Granby area, and I came across a diamond in the rough. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the ambience was spectacular!!! Be sure to try the Sesame crust fondant. We arrived late for our reservation. The waiter reminded us once that we had to leave at a certain time. No once we ever felt rushed.
Every time I visit, the service and the food is remarkable in every way. The ambiance is relaxed, so it is a great place to talk and catch up with friends or family. The tasting menu with wine pairings is a treat that surprises me every time, and it has no equivalent anywhere else. You will find the best classical french know-how applied with a modern touch and local seasonal ingredients. La Table du Chef is always at the number one place I want to go to when I'm in Sherbrooke!
When I visit friends at their cottage near Sherbrooke,a visit to La Table du Chef has become a satisfying ritual. The chef designs menus that are inventive, respect the quality of the ingredients and of high quality. visited La Table du Chef for the first time with friends who are big fans of the restaurant. They have often spoken of the restaurant so I was eager to try it for myself and am so glad we did.
