Review Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

The other day I went inside because the drive threw was far to long. Customers often have to line up behind one another on the road it gets so busy here. I ordered a triple triple because I need to get fired up! I slammed my drink as soon as I got it only to be slapped in mouth by cold triple triple. Mistakes happen though and such is life. The manager fixed the problem with haste and I walked out a happy customer. Advice to the owner.. lots of mistakes are being made here lately. I'm just a peasant but perhaps the current staff need another run threw of the basics. Thanks for making Canada's best coffee ☕️

Congratulations!! #1 slowest drive-through. Then the girl with purple hair at the window throws her hands up wondering “why” I’d just drive by the window!? After 25 min and the food would’ve still been terrible quality. Thanks for taking my whole 30 minutes lunch break along with the others behind me.

Myself and myself went there this afternoon for lunch what a mess we wo t back there again fries hard and rubbery sandwiches package all greasy,guess what I will never set foot in there again,the manager did t do anything about it Bad service

So now you guys are discriminating against children with autism? Kicking my 2 yr old nephew out all because some Karen didn't like that he was making noises while he ate food. Honestly doesn't surprise me.

Order was made quickly and correctly, but the young man seemed to have difficulty understanding when I asked for a receipt.

The absolute slowest drive thru on the planet!!! Been sitting now for 15 minutes for a coffee and muffin in the drive thru and it looks like I’ll be stuck for another 10 min here….horrible!!!

Slow service at the drivethru. Got wrong size .Went there twice today, morning and evening, a same person was at the window. I appreciate her patience being there for so long in this hard weather. I wonder why there is no rotation for the person attending the window.

Tim Hortons is a coffee and donut shop. So why are donuts not available for the hours that they are open? And,why do I not receive napkins?
