When you come to this Tim Hortons it can be pretty hit or miss. In the drive through is seems to take a very long time to get my order and serving Cars ahead of me they only get 1 drink and still takes long time to serve customers. Inside it goes faster usually, but it depends on the staff working
You have to experience it to believe it. We have visited Tim Hortons in several states /provinces of Canada and believe that it does immense help to the travelling public and working people. Starting fry Vancouver To Quebec we have visited their units and even today I we had breakfast in Tim Hortons
Great friendly staff. However for some reason their coffee is always burnt and you find coffee grinds in your cup.
Not sure why they are different then the other 6 Timmy's in town.
This Tim Hortons is my go to location. They typically get my order right and the coffee usually tastes great. Some other locations in the Sault seem to always serve burnt tasting coffee, but this place has that figured out. I'll continue to make this my go-to location.
Staff was extremely happy every time i went by for coffee made me feel good to know that there is happy still around.. no issues quick service even with long line ups.
The only issue I seem to have is when you make an online order, it isn't ready and then issue with the items being correct. Quality of the products always good.
Poor customer service! Had to wait 15 minutes outside for an order of only 2 chicken wraps. This is ridiculous! Didn't even receive an apology or compensation for the delay and order was incorrect. Would not recommend this location if you're in a rush. Drive thru is always hit and miss at this Tim's
The service was fast and very friendly good job to the soup and sandwich people.
