Great chicken joint! I love the food and crispy crunchy chicken.The tenders are *chef's kiss* to die for. My mouth is watering now. I wish it were easier on the wallet or I'd go more often. Nice atmosphere, very well lit. This place is a beacon in the winter. A nice place to be!

My daughter absolutely loves this place we've been here twice and with any new business it takes a little time to iron out all the kinks...(tables need to be cleaned more often, service counters a little slow, fountain machine is too close to the counter causing a backup, to the side doors don't work) I love that you have multiple side items to choose from (corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, baked potato, onion rings, etc.) There's lots of seating space!! It's open and spacious with lots of natural light coming from the windows. my family prefers this place over Kentucky fried Chicken!!!❤️

No complaints about the food. Regular fast food but service is extremely slow and the staff aren't train well. I went get 2 orders of minis from drive thru. The restaurant wasn't busy at all since I was the only customer at that time. They asked me to pull forward and the wait time was 4 minutes. The 4 minutes turned into 30 minutes and no food. I had to walk in after 30 minutes to get my order. What is the point of fast food and drive thru? Really needs attention.

The spicy chicken burger was perfectly breaded on the outside and tender inside...fries were excellent First time here and very good. Bathroom was unclean but looks like stuff put there from late night unsavory people... The rest of the restaurant was sparkling clean!

It really is good chicken, but the sides are forgettable. Coleslaw and onion rings are the best. Not a fan of their Cajun fries. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are almost flavorless. The beignets (if you can call them that) are very tasty, but they are tiny. They should be renamed mini-beignets.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I've been to in all of North America. I'm a retired truck driver & I ride a bike. I'm on a tour going to East Coast for 3 months. They are so disorganized there its insane. I waited for over 30mins inside. The line up was out the door. People where walking out, cars that preordered not so much. They had run out of beans & rice at supper time which is not acceptable in any Popeyes restaurant. I talked to 2 customers they where 1st timers. They said they will never go back ever. For myself I will not recommend this place either. I sure hope management gets there act together or Popeyes Canada comes in & retrains this restaurant. The meal was good that I had I'll give them that. ✌️

Not prepared for small 3pm rush, no spicy chicken ready (again), staff seems abit careless tbh, tables were dirty. Waited 20 mins to recieve order. Probably wont be back unless its evening hrs (8pm) when they seem to have massive excess in chicken and no customers lol

I am a fan of their chicken nuggets. So crispy and tasty. They are good when served hot. They also provide good customer service.
