I was there at 9:55PM. It was cold out. I was waiting for bus. I walk to the store for a coffee, but they were closed. While the food and service is good here. The drive thru and parking lot are in terrible condition. Multiple pot holes, garbage and cigarette butts everywhere.

Staff took much longer than I expected to give me my order, comparing to other Tim Horton's, this one didn't impress me. Their drive thru is WAY to small, bad design and you can see the damage from vehicles getting stuck. Not safe for drive thru

The place was very dirty. From the tables with crumbs and garbage left on them and the very muddy, wet floor. With seating being spaced and limited it was a shame to not have much of a choice as to where to sit with dirty tables.

Definitely could work on their customer service. The company should Coach the order takers not to show thier disinterest in their voice and their customer recover is one of the worst I've ever come across.

Tim is heaven for coffee lovers. Its a another mother for Canadian people🤩🤩
